They educate people that there is a mechanism in place to hold Federal, State, County, and City governments responsible. That mechanism is the Constitution and it has been the basis for liberty and freedom for more than 200 years. When elected officials get out of control, recall becomes a powerful tool. Over 32 states have a recall of some kind.[1]
