You have not corrected the sourcing in this Essay yet. Orwell's piece was written in 1941 as criticism of the German fascists. It was not written in the Cold War era as criticism of Soviet hegemony.

You have already been alerted months ago of the disinformation you use in that citation.

And what you fail to realize is, contemporary Russian military has copied their arch enemy, the German military. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
