Names of non-English cities
It seems to be policy of this site to use the English name of foreign city whenever such a name exists (see Vienna, Rome, Cologne, etc.) The indigenous name is only used if a common English name doesn't exist (see especially 's-Hertogenbosch).
So, while Wroclaw is certainly preferable to Breslau, this article should be moved back to Cracow, using Kraków only as a redirect.
