It has a film industry named Lollywood which is a copy of "Hollywood" and which is based in Lahore. Urdu is the national language of Pakistan with English being the official language used in the constituition. Pakistan is a multi-ethnic state with the majority being Punjabis and with Sindhi, Pashtoo, Muhajir and Balochi identity.

Avi: There was only two sentences on Bangladesh so I decided to expand on the topic. Basically it is about the Bangladeshi War of Indepedence and the language of Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is a country in South Asia which is bordered by India and to a lesser extent Myanmar. It is a heavily Muslim country with a substantial Hindu minority. It was called Eastern Pakistan, being the easternmost region of Pakistan before the Bangladeshi War of Independence in 1971, an armed conflict which lasted for 9 months and resulted in the creation of the nation of Bangladesh and resulted in it being severed from Pakistan. The war with Pakistan started due to a variety of factors but chiefly because of the supression of the ethno-linguistic identity in East Bengal. The Pakistani army used force to supress the rebellion which resulted in a killing spree, which most academics now accept as genocide with the rape of approximetely 400,000 women and the murder of mostly intellectuals and the minority Hindu population, from approximetely 300,000 to even 1.5 milloom. The war ended with Indian intervention and the new nation of Bangladesh was formed on 1971.

The national language of Bangladesh is Bangla or Bengali. It is the third largest Muslim nation.
