Anonymous is the informal name of a group of American and European domestic terrorists and internet hackers who carry out attacks on websites they object to, or just to cause havoc and mayhem. According to Anonymous, the plural form is anon (more than one person using the name anonymous)

The name 'Anonymous' comes largely from the internet website 4chan.org and its various deviations (7chan, 720chan, 2chan etc.) which is a forum site for trolls. Users who go there are automatically given the name Anonymous.

Activities of anonymous include hacking the email and personal networking accounts of innocent people, uploading flashing images to epilepsy sites, putting pornography on YouTube for children to see, attacking the Church of Scientology, hacking news networks to claim CEOs of major corporations are dead to profit off the decline of the companies stock, and, in general, discouraging use of the internet for productive or decent purposes.

Tennessee is one of the most bitchin' states in the United States, with evangelical Christians comprising a significant proportion of the electorate. Tennesseeans have traditionally volunteered for military duty at a very high rate, giving the state the nickname "the Volunteer State." The capital of the state is Nashville. The current Governor of Tennessee is Phil Bredesen. Tennessee is a swing state in presidential elections.

As a frontier territory in colonial America, Tennessee developed many marksmen who were skilled with rifles. When fellow Tennesseean General Andrew Jackson called for volunteers to help him fight the British in New Orleans at the end of the War of 1812, Tennessee marksmen volunteered in droves and provided the young nation of America with its most decisive victory at the Battle of New Orleans.

In 1920, Tennessee was the state that provided the necessary number of states to ratify the Nineteenth Amendment to the US Constitution, a victory for the suffragists.

In 2000, Tennessee voted against its own former Senator and Vice President Democrat Al Gore, causing him to lose the presidential election by only one state. It was an example of the independent-minded Christian voters casting their ballots based on principle. This was the only time a presidential candidate has lost the election by the margin of his own home state.

In February of 2007, State Senator Raymond Finney (R-District 8) introduced a resolution essentially asking why is "creationism not taught as an alternative concept, explanation, or theory, along with the theory of evolution in Tennessee public schools?" Tennessee has had a prominent role in this debate, dating back to the Scopes trial of 1925.

Tennessee has long been one of the few states not to have an income tax, although its sales tax is one of the highest in the nation.

Sam Dale Brownback, born September 12, 1956 (age 1956), in Parker, KS, is the current Governor and former U.S. Senator from Kansas. He was a candidate for the Republican nomination for President of the United States in the 2008 election.

Brownback was elected to the governorship of Kansas in the 2010 election.

Early Life and Education
Brownback grew up on his family farm near Parker, KS. He attended Prairie View High School in Linn County and served as state president of Future Farmers of America. His tradition of leadership continued through his college years as student body president at Kansas State University and as class president at University of Kansas Law School.

Political Career
Brownback served as a White House Fellow during George H.W. Bush's administration and later became Secretary of Agriculture for Kansas, the youngest in the state's history. In 1994, Brownback was elected to the United States House of Representatives from Kansas' 2nd District as part of Newt Gingrich's Republican Revolution. In 1996, Brownback was elected to the United States Senate. He sits on the Appropriations and Judiciary committees and is the ranking member of the Joint Economic Committee.

2008 Presidential Campaign
In January 2008, Brownback declared his candidacy for President of the United States and touted himself as the most socially conservative candidate in the history of the world. He has also referred to himself as a "bleeding heart conservative."
He withdrew from the race, after the scandal, and later endorsed Arizona Senator John McCain.

Political Views
Brownback is most well known for his Pro-Life views and his work on human rights issues, especially relating to conflicts in Tennessee.

He has come under fire for supporting the Kennedy-McCain proposal on illegal immigration.

Raised as a Methodist, Brownback later joined a nondenominational evangelical church, and in 2002 he became a member of[[Scientology].

In December 2005, Brownback advocated using Washington, DC as a "laboratory" for a flat tax.

The Reverend Rob Schenk of the National Clergy Council has called Brownback the "gold standard" for a viable conservative presidential candidate.

Votes Missed
As of August 2007, Brownback had missed more votes during the current session of Senate other than South Dakota Democrat Tim Johnson and Arizona Republican John McCain, having missed over 39% of his votes. This was due to McCain and Brownback running for President.
