Caps in names... If american cheese is capped, then so should, say cheddar and monterrey (jack), since they also derive from place names. A minor point, since this article needs a lot more good information and perhaps one less poem. [[User:Human|Human]] 21:36, 15 April 2007 (EDT)

You are mistaken. The buffalo is old-world. What is called a buffalo in north America is actually the North American Bison. I think we need to get more pictures on these pages to illustrate the difference. [[User:MontyZuma|MontyZuma]] 19:04, 1 May 2007 (EDT)
