Raphael was a great painter who lived from 1482-1520. He Painted ''The School of Athens'', and greatly influenced Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci.

Raphael studied with the top student of Hamato Yoshi, who was known for his perfect technique.

Raphael wrote often as an art critic. Known for his (often racist) feuds, Raphael regularly made enemies in the art world. These include Ha'ntaan, Ch'rell, and Oroku Saki <ref>Watkins, Theodore J. Just because something is silly, does not mean that it is not true. An encyclopedia is supposed to be about the truth and while sometimes the truth is very silly, it still is important. The canonization of George Washington, while silly, is an issue that is important to many Catholics. By deleting this section, you are not living up to your own standards (e.g. Biases of Wikipedia). You claim to be Pro-Christianity and Pro-America, yet you delete a section about one of our greatest leaders as a result of anti-Catholic bias. Shame on you, sir.

Many American Catholics have expressed a strong will to have George Washington canonized. Although denied several times, the Washintonian-Catholics are gaining a strong following in the church.

Among some of the possible miracles that he is said to have performed are:

Liberating the American Colonists from the British Empire.
Being unable to tell a lie.
Throwing a silver dollar across the Potomac River.
Surveying the land owned by Lord Fairfax.

George Washington was not a Catholic, so he is not allowed to be canonized.

Boy Scouts of America

The Boys Scouts of America was founded on February 8, 1910. The movement began two years earlier in England, where Sir Robert Baden-Powell founded it. He had been a hero of the South African Boer Wars.

Today the Boy Scouts are the largest voluntary youth group in the world. Its membership exceeds 25 million.

Baden-Powell wrote in a pamphlet "Scouting & Christianity" (1917): "Scouting is nothing less than applied Christianity."

Here is the Scout Oath:

Many presidents have praised and addressed the Boy Scouts over the years. President Calvin Coolidge said this to a group of Boy Scouts in 1924:
