==Ukrainian nationalists==
It may be a bit of hype to claim all Ukrainians are for use of the Ukrainian dialect, spellings, etc. The Russians are true multiculturalists, and many Ukrainians are for positive integration and cooperation with both Russians who are resident in Ukraine, and their Russian Federation neighbor. There is also a segment of Ukrainian nationalists - many who are quite literally fascists and hate Russians, Jews, Poles, etc. The Soviet Union battled them throughout its existence. The Nazis used them to commit atrocities on civilians. The United States, under [[James V. Forrestal]], mistakenly considered them anti-communists, when in fact their true motivation is anti-ethnic Russian hatred. Since czarist times, these Ukrainian nationalists view Russia, later the USSR, and now the Russian Federation as seeking to dominate and control Ukrainians. Not all Ukrainians then, or now, hold this belief.

The well publicized culture of corruption can be cited as to why the Ukraine (like Palestine), may not be fit to hold the status of a sovereign state. It is not a "frontline" state, as Deep Staters repeatedly announced in the impeachment hearings. Sevastopol will never be a NATO naval base, anymore than the UK would allow [[Dublin]], [[Ireland]] to be a [[U-boat]] sanctuary during two World Wars.

There are Ukrainian integrationists, let's call them moderates, who are not on a crusade to use the language and spellings. Many Ukrainian nationalists who drive these issues are widely considered Nazis and fascists. We should be careful in the Intro of implying there is an all-out ethnic war between Russians and Ukrainians. There is not. There are, however, Ukrainian nationalists and fascists, such as [[Alexandra Chalupa]] and [[Alexander Vindman]], many resident in the Ukrainian Diaspora community, who will manipulate the Russian and American superpowers (even German and other EU members) to serve Ukrainian nationalist and fascist objectives.

Question: When did the Ukrainian nationalist community jump ship from the anti-communist GOP to the Democrats in the United States? 
Answer: In 1992, with George H.W. Bush's famous "Chicken Kiev" speech to the Ukrainian parliament, encouraging them to remain in the Russian Federation. The Clinton administration solidified this bloc with the Budapest Protocols of 1994 recognizing Ukrainian independence. With all the corruption we've seen, of paying Paul Manafort, the Podesta brothers, and Hunter Biden protection money to a big state sponsor, is just a continuation of the corruption during Soviet times.

Khrushchev, who was a fully integrated Ukrainian multiculturalist, served on the [[Politburo]] to represent Ukrainian interests and eventually rose to head of state. Khrushchev rewarded Ukraine with the Crimea (without a plebiscite of its Russian ethnic majority) in 1954 because he believed communist ideology had defeated Ukrainian ethno-fascism for all time. In any case, we should probably expand that section to clarify that the current title he uses, [[adjunct professor]], is little more than a "Monopoly money" title given to non-tenure track hired guns who don't even have to have valid academic credentials or degrees to teach a class. Most adjunct professors that I know, except in technical and scientific fields where they actually have to know something concrete, are pretty awful. Those in education, the social sciences, humanities, criminal justice, and social work are particularly bad. Those teaching math, computer science, biology, chemistry, etc. tend to be pretty good. Why does the current tuition at Archmere, where Biden attended over 40 years ago, need to be anything more than a footnote to this article? Do we know that the tuition today is similar (given inflation) to the tuition when he attended? No, in fact one could argue that, like with most Catholic schools, the tuition today is significantly higher today because more classes are taught by lay teachers. Do we know that Biden (or his family) even paid full tuition? No, in fact many families in Wilmington attend private school with significant tuition assistance. Without knowing the facts, we don't know whether this is the story of a rich boy going to an expensive private school because his parents could well afford it, or a not-so-rich boy given an opportunity to go to an affordable private school because of financial aid. I have no idea which is the real story, or if it's something different. Until we find enough information to put Archmere's current tuition in some kind of context related to Biden's attendance, I think it needs to remain a footnote. There are five major types of vaccines and they are differentiated by what type of antigen is used. Vaccination requirements are inserted into laws, often unjustifiably, by [[Big Pharma]] for profits and by governmental officials to increase their control. Only live attenuated vaccines can still cause infection. When a certain percentage of a population is vaccinated, those within the population who are not vaccinated are protected from the disease, this is called [[herd immunity]]. For example, in 1962 Japan instituted mandatory vaccination against influenza in school children. This continued until 1987 when the program was changed to optional; it was abandoned in 1994. The USA has federal vaccination recommendations according to an official CDC schedule. Requirements are up to the states. Most states have medical and religious exemptions. Some states make it very easy to opt-out of vaccines, while other states strictly enforce compliance for school attendance. The CDC notes that when a measles outbreak occurs, the cost to taxpayers can be substantial. Other diseases besides the measles have also started not only to reappear but also to kill children. Hib (''[[Haemophilus influenzae]]'' type B) meningitis recently killed an infant in Minnesota. The child who died had not been vaccinated. Two others who had been either partially, but not fully, vaccinated, or who had an immune deficiency became seriously ill. Due to a decrease in vaccination, measles has become endemic in Britain. This means that measles does not need to be brought in by travelers, but instead has a large enough base of non-immune individuals for it to continuously spread inside the country. Due to this decline, there were 461 measles cases in Britain in the first half of 2008.
