She was called out by high school students Zack Kopplin and Amy Myers. Kopplin criticized her on MSNBC’s Hardball because of her lies about creationism, specifically those claiming that Nobel Laureates support creationism, considering that 43 laureates supported his efforts to repeal his state’s creationism law. Myers criticized Bachmann for being a complete hypocrite and claiming she was a scholar of American history while not even realizing that Lexington and Concord was not in New Hampshire. Myers was interviewed by Lawrence O’Donnell where she corrected a number of Bachmann’s mistakes.
