For Bezout's theorem, you have some inaccurate claims: the line x+y=0 and x+y=1 never interset. We need to move to projective space for the degree of the intersection to be exactly mn.

::There is a crucial difference between your examples and my claim. A homophone describes two words sounding the same but being different. Bat is not a homophone with bat, that doesn't make sense. Saying wind and wind are homophones acknowledges that they sound the same but are different words. A homomorphism allows groups that are different, like Z_2xZ_2 and the Klein four group, to be treated as equal. Additionally the global warming obsession is prolific. I didn't mean my writing to sound flippant, and perhaps its tone can be improved, but it was certainly not meant as a joke.

Also, I think you have your examples backwards. Bat (animal) is a homophone with bat (sports) because both are pronounced the same but have different meanings. Thanks for fixing up my blundered article on Ada Lovelace. If you're wondering what was going on, I couldn't get through from my home computer, so I had to use a proxy. The proxy was horribly broken, wouldn't let me get through the captcha so I couldn't do the external link, and it also kept breaking the picture link. Then it stopped even letting me see Conservapedia at all. And by then the damage was done and I couldn't undo it. :-( Even a reboot of my machine didn't help. So I contacted Andy by email; he fixed it so I could access CP from my computer, but then the connection went down again. Another round of email; things seem to be OK now. Why would I want to be blocked? As far as I can tell, I've done and said nothing contrary to the Conservapedia Commandments. Last I checked, the realm was open to opposing views (Not talk page debates, which is where this seems to be headed rather quickly). Let's not forget that you cast the first stone into the realm of personal attacks, and I had levied no complaints against any users. I only had an issue with the way atheists were unfairly represented, and with the lack of reasonable evidence to support the claims made in the thread.

The persistent one's that won't give up probably have mental illness. Then you have the common vandals that you see in any wiki, the middle school girls that think an article would look prettier with hearts and smiles, the one's who want to make a star out of themselves/their friends/a group that they're a part of by spamming their names or links to their websites on articles, the one's who want to just randomly attack someone or something they don't like by writing negative comments about it on here, and the one's that are just curious about how wikis work and decide to start changing things around to see what will happen, and sometimes they mess things up in the process. All except the curious ones that mess things up by accident are sad little souls who could really benefit from reading the Lord's good book or going to church. American Conservatives, like myself, cherish American traditions that make this nation so great. Our founding fathers recognized the problem with large government and took great efforts to prevent our nation from becoming the same type of dictatorship that England was at the time. We support freedom of religion and the right to bear arms that the liberals and atheists try so hard to censor. We see that marriage should be between a man and a woman. American liberals have no respect for tradition, and they fail to recognize that radical changes for the worse will destroy our great nation. They label [[Christians]] as "close minded" for embracing their beliefs. Ironically, it's really the [[atheists]] and [[pagans]] who are "close minded" as they cannot tolerate Christians minding our own business. Liberals believe that capitalism, a wonderful system which is a main reason why our nation is so great, is evil, and they believe in [[communism]]. They complain about minor or even manufactured problems with our outstanding health care system, which is coveted by many foreign nations, and they falsely claim that other nations have better systems. They will never be satisfied, not even with our great American system. Liberals, in my opinion, are anti-American. In contrast, conservatives are patriots; we desire to conserve America and every traditional piece of the puzzle that makes our nation so better than the [[socialistic]] nations elsewhere.

In America, our public schools are suffering as a result of being socialist. If a teacher so much as mentions God, he or she risks being the subject of great controversy should a radical atheist hears it. Furthermore, there are students more interested in causing trouble than learning in our schools. They disrupt students who are genuinely interested in learning. If public schools were privatized into a non-profit organization, great improvements could be made: [[intelligent design]] could be taught along side of [[evolution]] without atheist interference, and troublemakers could more easily be expelled from the system. Students and teachers would be free to be Christian or Jewish without having to worry about atheist complaints. It would be a capitalist system, and if the atheist minority had a problem with it, they could always homeschool their children; Christians have been doing it for quite some time.</nowiki>
