John Astin is American Actor who is mostly known for playing Gomez Addams in the 1960's TV show The Addams Family. He is the father of actor [[Sean Astin]]. Astin is one of the only two surviving adult actors from the Addams Family (main cast), the other being Felix Silla, who played Cousin Itt.
