In addition to his wife, his other survivors are a daughter, Deborah Webb Smith; son, Perry Flynt Webb, III, and his wife, Kim; grandsons, Walker Smith, Phillip Smith and his wife, Amy, Jonathan and Tyler Webb, and sister, Rebekah Webb Richards.
