	:The pages appeared on [[Special:Deadendpages]] because they had no outgoing wikilinks (categories don't seem to count). I inserted wikilinks based on my understanding of what should be wikilinked (certain place names or terms people browsing through may want to look up, like [[damage]]s in the legal sense). The reasoning is that missing links will work their way up on the Wanted Pages list because many articles refer to them. This in turn leads to somebody with expertise in that field to contribute an article on that.
