The primary concern of the Ustasha was extermination of Serbs. Unlike in other countries, Jews were the ones cooperating in extermination of Serbs, some held high positions in Ustasha regime.

Denial of victims of Ustashe regime is nowadays supported by Zionist organisations, a case of extreme hypocrisy. It is hard for Jews to accept that by and large in Croatia, Serbs, not Jews, were primary target for extermination.

Ustasha programme was summarized in Mile Budak slogan : one third of Serbs to be killed, one third to be converted, and one third to be expelled. This was realised in most cruel ways, using mass slaughter and organizing competitions in slaughter of innocent women and children (at Jasenovac, where Jews were minor victims compared to Serbs and Roma).
