I did a very quick clean up of this, no references as of yet, I'll hopefully add them in the next few days. It's worth noting though

-Scotland was never conquered by the romans -Ireland may call it the war of indepencence, but it's probably best described as a time of civil strife or something like that. There was no war as such. -the Treaty in '21 set up a free state, a republic wasn't declared till the 40s -Ireland still isn't called the Republic of Ireland.
