Kenneth Feinberg is a lawyer and negotiator appointed as the "compensation czar" in the presidential administration of Barack Hussein Obama. He is changed with setting the salaries of officials at many companies which benefitted from the Obama administration's bailouts in 2009. He has previously supervised the September 11th Victims' Compensation Fund, and the Hokie Spirit Fund for victims of the Virginia Tech massacre. Though Feinberg's efforts in those cases have been widely praised, many see the administrations attempts to dabble in the finances of private companies as subversions of capitalism.
