The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp by removing it from the list of federally controlled substances.
Hemp contains smaller amounts of the psychoactive THC than cannabis does Hemp is allowed to contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC, measured on a dry-weight basis.
