The Angkor Wat is a temple at Angkor, Cambodia. The Angkor Wat was built for King Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. It is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu and is decorated with mixed Southeast Asian and Indian art. It is now a popular tourist destination.
