Arthur Harris (b. April 13, 1892-d. April 5, 1984) was the commander of the RAF Bomber Command. He was a influence person during the Second World War, in case of ordering bombing of German cities like Lübeck (1942), Hamburg (1943), Kassel (1943), Frankfurt (1944), Braunschweig (1944), Magdeburg (1945), Dresden (1945), Pforzheim (1945), Mainz (1945), Würzburg (1945) and Hildesheim (1945).
