Arthur Harris

Arthur Harris (April 13, 1892 – April 5, 1984) was the commander of the RAF Bomber Command. He was an influential person during the Second World War, in case of ordering bombing of German cities like Lübeck (1942), Hamburg (1943), Kassel (1943), Frankfurt (1944), Braunschweig (1944), Magdeburg (1945), Dresden (1945), Pforzheim (1945), Mainz (1945), Würzburg (1945) and Hildesheim (1945).
