Big Weed is a humorous term that describes the selfish cannabis industry, as it inflicts many harms in its quest for profits. Many investors have lost millions while trying to profit from selling marijuana.

This term is a play on "Big Pharma" and "Big Tech," while adding amusement because marijuana is indeed a big weed having a foul smell.
