Clarence Burgess Owens (born August 2, 1951) is a former NFL player and the current representative of Utah's 4th Congressional district. He along with Byron Donalds of Florida, are the only two African American representatives in the house that are Republicans. In May 2022, Owens turned to be establishment tool and vote for passing $40 billion to Ukraine war.[1]
Political Positions
Owens voted for the objection for Pennsylvania.[2]
Unfortunately, he also backed Lindsey Graham and some RINO representatives on an amnesty plan.[3]
