Citizens for Self-Governance

Citizens for Self-Governance (CGS) is a front group for the Koch brothers to push for a Con Con in order to rewrite the U.S. Constitution.
Its political arm is the "Alliance for Self-Governance," a 501(c)(4) organization that does business as "CSG Action." This organization is run by Mark Meckler with two cronies of the Koch brothers on its Board of Directors: Eric O'Keefe and Tim Dunn. An additional director is Mark Rollins. As of its filing for the year 2015, its Secretary is Michael Ruthenberg and its CFO is Timothy Murphy.
Based in Texas, where the Kochs have many refineries, the Citizens for Self-Governance has funneled many millions of dollars to hired advocates for the Convention of States project.
