Civet

Civets are part of the carnivore family Viverridae. They are native to Africa and Southern Asian countries, and the various species can be broadly characterised by their long tails, retractile claws, pointed ears and cat-like faces.
They are perhaps best known in Western nations through the sale of 'civet coffee' (Kopi Luwak), a variety of the drink which has been fermented in the digestive system of a civet in order to give it a distinctive taste. It is also the most expensive coffee in the world.[1]
