Over-protection

Hi guys. I came here to want to finally come and edit and improve this encyclopedia. However, many of the articles and pages seem to be protected too easily: in fact, I can't even edit Conservapedia:Desk to ask my quesiton right now because it's protected! I admit to frustration at this being overzealous: even worse, the Pornography is sysop protected, meaning I will never be able to edit it. I must express my deep frustration upon finding a likable encyclopedia, only to find out half of it is not editable by me. TheEvilSpartan 21:27, 3 January 2008 (EST)

This is because it is a target of vandalism from liberals who mock this site. You are able to submit your suggestions on the talk page, and those with the right to edit it will be able to do so. I think it works out quite nicely, actually! ThomasB 21:31, 3 January 2008 (EST)

The Desk is blocked, but that is because they want you to use each individual "file" to ensure that your complaint goes into the correct category. Check out the template at the very top, and you will find what you need. HelpJazz 21:35, 3 January 2008 (EST)
