Constituent country
A constituent country is a country which is part of a larger entity, whether it has political independence or not. The larger entity can be a country proper.
Denmark
The constituent countries of the Kingdom of Denmark are:

United Kingdom
The constituent countries of the United Kingdom are:
When talked about them collectively but as separate entities, they are often referred to as the Home Nations, especially when referring to sporting events where they have their own teams.
Netherlands
The constituent countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands are:
- The Netherlands
- Aruba
- Curaçao
- Sint Maarten
- Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba (BES Islands)
Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia
The former Socialist Yugoslavia consisted of:
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Croatia
- Macedonia
- Montenegro
- Serbia (Containing the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija, Autonomous Province of Vojvodina)
- Slovenia
The country was established on January 31, 1946. Today they are all independent countries. Recently even Kosovo, formerly an autonomous province of Serbia, declared its independence.
