David Patrick Joyce (born March 17, 1957) is an American politician and former prosecutor who has served as the United States Representative for Ohio's 14th congressional district since 2013. An attorney, Joyce was previously the prosecutor of Geauga County, Ohio. He is a member of the Republican Party.

Joyce was one of thirty-five Republicans to vote for the Partisan Hack resolution calling for an Investigation on Capitol Hill.[1] Joyce was the sole RINO who voted against holding Biden regime gestapo chief Merrick Garland in Contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a Congressional subpoena in the Biden impeachment investigation.[2][3]
