Dominoes is a game played with a series of oblong tiles. One side of the tiles is divided in to two with a central line running perpendicular to the long edge of the piece. A number of dots ranging from none to six are painted on each half of the tile.

Dominoes may also be lined up standing on their short sides. The end domino is then flicked and the series of dominoes collapses. Sometimes colored dominoes may be used to create an image when the dominoes fall. Falling dominoes have been used in a number of political analogies including:
