Eleventh Circuit

The Eleventh Circuit is the federal judicial circuit consisting of the states of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. It was formed from the Fifth Circuit in 1981. The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit sits in Atlanta.

As of November 2020, a 7-5 GOP advantage among active judges existed, six of whom were appointees of President Donald Trump.
