Ephebophilia refers to primary or exclusive sexual attraction by adults to adolescents aged 15–19. The term was used by Krafft-Ebbing in Psychopathia Sexualis.

Ephebophilia is one of many different preferences sexually for age groups, these are called chronophilias. Another is teliophilia, preference for older adults. Ephebophilia is not the same thing as pedophilia, sexual attraction to children prior to puberty (generally those 13 years old or younger, though onset of puberty varies), or hebephilia, sexual attraction to pubescent children and young adults (usually ages 11–14).
