Last time I checked, lapdogs weren't that scary. The idea that American would be scared of the British is utterly absurd - especially after Americans won the [[American Revolution|American Revolutionary War]]. 

And the truth is that I hold no dislike of the British people. I certainly understand that the British have made many invaluable contributions to Western culture. For example, [[John Bunyan]]'s ''Pilgrim Progress'' is my favorite work of fiction. And the [[Geneva Bible]] is an outstanding version of the Bible. And common law has had a profound effect on the American legal system. 

Now do I enjoy giving proud, British Darwinists comeuppances? Absolutely - especially a certain bitter, British Darwinist/atheist who has had a tendency to rail at the User: Conservative account over the years.
