Polling data shows a reversal of roles of traditional support for the FBI in the Obama era after passage of the Patriot Act and expanded domestic surveillance.

FBI raid on Trump was an illegal and unconstitutional search from corrupt FBI on president Trump residence in Mar-a-Lago in 8 August 2022, make it worse attack on Democracy and Constitutional Republic of United States that show double standards of Democrats. FBI pretend its a search warranty for nuclear documents. The unconstitutional search got approval from Biden junta regime's chief procurator Merrick Garland and corrupt FBI director Christopher Wray. According to poll from Trafalgar Group showed that the raid energized more Republicans to vote in Midterm election in 8 November 2022.[1] Many Republicans including Never-Trumpers condemn the raid and majority of Republicans and independents stayed behind President Trump against the regime.

The same FBI unit that ran the bogus Trump-Russia investigation, based upon fraudulent and manufactured allegations for which no one in the FBI was held accountable, now conducted the Mar-a-Lago raid.[2] The warrant was approved by federal magistrate Bruce Reinhart who formerly was a lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein's employees.[3] Days after the raid, at least 14 whistleblowers within the Biden DOJ came forward with allegations of Biden DOJ misconduct.[4] The FBI raid sparked widespread outrage, and Garland threatened anyone "unfairly" criticizing FBI misconduct. In a personal message to Garland, President Trump offered his help to do whatever was necessary to calm public misperceptions about the nature of the raid.

The agents improperly demanded that Mar-a-Lago staff turn off the surveillance cameras, which the workers properly refused to do. Trump is considering publicly releasing the video.[5] The "probable cause" for the search warrant, which is required by the Fourth Amendment, has been hidden by the government for more than a week after the raid despite even the liberal media complaining about the improper concealment.

The raid

U.S. Federal Magistrate Bruce E. Reinhart signed the Mar-a-Lago raid warrant.[6]

FBI internal regulations bar the FBI from making any political indictments or public disclosures 90 days prior to a general election. Monday August 8, 2022, a day that will live in infamy, occurred 91 days prior to the 2022 Midterm elections. On that day, the </ref>Wray FBI raided President Donald Trump's home and seized boxes of materials.[7] Trump was said to be in possession of certain documents with dirt on the Deep State.[8] The warrant, signed by an associate of Jeffrey Epstein,[9] authorized the seizure of "Any government and/or presidential record created between January 20, 2017 and January 20, 2021."[10] President Trump, who has for many years been the target of corrupt FBI activities, suggested one purpose of the raid was to plant evidence.[11] FBI and DOJ operatives overstepped the separation of powers the following day by seizing Rep. Scott Perry's phone.[12]

A Wall Street Journal oped noted:

"Monday was a sad day for our democracy and a dark day for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The search of Donald Trump’s Florida residence was a politically sensitive operation that would have tested the FBI’s reputation for fairness and impartiality in the best of circumstances. But the bureau’s behavior since Mr. Trump came onto the political scene has already left its reputation in tatters."[13]

President Trump held evidence of a politically weaponized U.S. intelligence and justice system. To include an extensive paper trail showing how the DC apparatus under the Obama-era intelligence system, Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Dept. of Justice (DOJ) and FBI coordinated with the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign to install her into office.[14] President Trump issued an Executive Order declassifying all documents that he took with him to Mar-a-Lago before leaving office.[15]

Among the declassified documents from DOJ files was said to be Jeffrey Epstein's client list.[16]

FBI director Christopher Wray avoided answering questions from Congress and the press as he used an FBI jet, against FBI regulations, for personal use to leave Washington, D.C. for vacation.[17]

Congressional investigators served notice to Garland, Wray, and White House chief-of-staff Ron Klain to preserve all documents in connection with the Trump raid.[18]

Presidential Records Act

Epstein received a light sentence in a plea bargain in exchange for working as an informant for Robert Mueller's FBI.

The search warrant was procured under the pretext of a violation of the Presidential Records Act. However, the Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute. A warrant can only be procured under criminal statutes.

The documents

The documents are said to be official FBI and DOJ records proving corruption at the highest levels of both agencies and within the intelligence community as they interfered in 2016 presidential election and attempted to rig the election for Hillary Clinton, as well as efforts to cover up their own wrongdoing under the guise of the Mueller investigation, which disrupted and sabotaged Donald Trump's presidency.[19]

Outside the scope

After first lying about it, the DOJ denied being in possession of President Trump's passports.[20] Later, the DOJ promised President Trump's lawyers that they would return the passports. A DOJ official admitted to Just the News that the FBI did indeed act “outside the scope” of the search warrant when it seized other items, including former President Trump’s passports.[21]

Reaction

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding the release of the Trump raid warrant materials by the Biden Justice Department:

"We’re pleased Judicial Watch legal pressure forced the partial release of warrant materials about the Biden administration’s political raid on the home of former President Trump. Judicial Watch expects and demands the underlying warrant affidavit and other materials be immediately disclosed. The U.S. Constitution and federal law give unreviewable authority to President Trump to take whatever records he wishes at the end of his presidency. The Biden administration’s dishonest depiction of personal records of President Trump it illicitly seized during the raid as “classified” is further demonstration that the raid was a brazen act of raw political abuse."[22]

Victor Davis Hanson commented:

"The FBI is dissolving before our eyes into a rogue security service akin to those in Eastern Europe during the Cold War....The FBI interferes with and warps national elections. It hires complete frauds as informants who are far worse than its targets. It humiliates or exempts government and elected officials based on their politics. It violates the civil liberties of individual American citizens. The FBI's highest officials now routinely mislead Congress. They have erased or altered court and subpoenaed evidence. They illegally leak confidential material to the media. And they have lied under oath to federal investigators. The agency has become dangerous to Americans and an existential threat to their democracy and rule of law. The FBI should be dispersing its investigatory responsibilities to other government investigative agencies that have not yet lost the public's trust."[23]

Former Democrat Congresswoman and 2008 Presidential candidate on the Green Party ticket Cynthia McKinney said,

"With all of the uninvestigated and unpunished crimes that Hillary and the Clintons have committed; with all of the uninvestigated suspected insider trading that Pelosi has committed; with all of the KNOWN crimes of the Biden family; Trump gets raided?”[24]

Former Trump antagonist, news host Megyn Kelly, remarked:

"This is about January 6. If you believe this has to do with classified documents, having to do with bullsh*t Trump took with him when he left office, your head is in the sky. This is about January 6 and the never-ending desire to get Donald Trump on something. They don’t want him to run for election again. They’re mad that he did not get convicted on the first or second impeachment, they are mad that he did not get pursued criminally by the New York D.A. They are mad Russiagate fell apart and they are mad he is ahead in the polls, crushing DeSantis, and that his candidates of choice all won primaries last week, and the Democrats are prepared to play dirty. Attorney General Merrick Garland is clearly willing to go along with that. He’s been moving in, in concentric circles toward Donald Trump over the past several weeks, going after his top advisor with subpoenas, we’ve seen close Trump advisors in handcuffs, dragged away as if they’re like mobsters. This is really getting alarming and the American public deserves answers."[25]

Kimberley Strassel writing in the Wall Street Journal noted:

"Garland’s raid has made even the highest political figures fair prosecutorial game, and the media’s new standard is that the department can’t be questioned as it goes about ensuring “no one is above the law.” Let’s see how that holds when a future Republican Justice Department starts raiding the homes of Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Eric Holder, James Comey and John Brennan.

Payback could come even sooner. Democrats set a new low with their Ukrainian impeachment circus, and a GOP House next year might be up for a reprise. Get ready for a few more select committees—perhaps excluding the minority party, as the Democrats effectively did with the Jan. 6 committee—to investigate Mr. Garland’s politicized department or Hunter Biden’s finances. Watch them subpoena sitting Democratic representatives, as the Jan. 6 committee did to Republicans. Reps. Adam Schiff, Ilhan Omar and Eric Swalwell may find themselves on the back bench with a new Republican majority eager to follow Mrs. Pelosi’s example and strip the opposing team’s members of committee assignments.

All this tit for tat will further undermine our institutions and polarize the nation—but such is the nature of retributive politics. Which is why the wholesale Democratic and media defense of this week’s events is so reckless. Both parties long understood that political restraint was less about civility than self-preservation. What goes around always comes around. What went around this week will come around hard."[26]

Fake news

The Deep State put out the false narrative that President Trump was in possession of nuclear secrets that he intended to sell to North Korea after Trump tried to de-nuclearize the Korean peninsula, or Iran after Trump cancelled the Iran nuke deal. Alleged presidential historian and regular PBS contributor Michael Beschloss, and former Baby Bush-era CIA director Michael Hayden, implied President Trump should be executed for possessing declassified presidential documents from his own administration.[27]
