Foundation for Economic Education
From Conservapedia
The Foundation for Economic Education, or "FEE", is a libertarian think tank founded in 1946 by Leonard E. Read, to promote free enterprise in the United States. For decades its home was on a sprawling estate in Westchester County, New York, near the Hudson River.
Founding FEE Trustee Henry Hazlitt was a former New York Times editorial board member, and other distinguished Americans participated in FEE throughout the years.
After Mr. Reed passed away, the leadership of FEE passed to several individuals and ultimately Lawrence W. Reed became its president. Under his direction FEE sold its estate and moved to Atlanta, where it is headquartered today.
