Frank LoBiondo, born May 12, 1946 (age 77), is a Republican Congressional Representative from New Jersey since 1995. He has one of the highest Congressional ratings from animal organizations. He works tirelessly to sponsor, co-sponsor or pass legilation involving protection of animals. He is pretty conservative on most issues, but uniquely takes a more liberal stance on animal rights and the environment. He is one of the few Republicans endorsed by the Sierra Club.
