Full breakfast

The full breakfast is a great British institution. It is eaten not only in Britain, but also in Ireland, Canada, America, and many other English-speaking countries. It is called a full English breakfast, a full Scottish breakfast, a full Welsh breakfast, and a full Irish breakfast depending on the country. In America, it is usually called bacon and eggs or a big breakfast. In Northern Ireland, it is called an Ulster Fry. Due to it now being served at many restaurants at all times of the day, it is sometimes called the all-day breakfast in Britain.

Ingredients

In Britain and Ireland, it consists of fried or scrambled eggs, fried bacon and sausage, fried bread, fried tomato, black pudding, and sometimes baked beans. In America, it is usually just bacon, eggs, and toast. It is often served in restaurants like Denny's and IHOP.
