Fur is the collective set of hairs on many animals, providing warmth and protection from the elements. Fur from animals can also be used for clothing and rugs.

Clothing

Fur is an outstanding material for clothing worn in cold environments. Because the LORD has given us dominion over all creation, we may morally skin animals to use their fur for clothing. Liberals and atheists argue that doing so is unethical, given the pain animals may feel as their skin is removed. Because God gives us permission to use the animals for our benefit, they do not actually feel pain during slaughter.
