Gelderland (Sometimes translated as Guelders in English) is a province in the East of the Netherlands. The capital city of the province is Arnhem, the biggest city is Nijmegen, another important city is Apeldoorn. It's the largest province of the Netherlands and shares borders with six other provinces and Germany.[1]

The extensive heathland known as the Veluwe is now a national park.
