George Clinton (1739 - 1836) was the fifth Vice President of the United States, serving under James Madison, from March 4, 1813 AD until his death a year and a half later. He was the first Vice Presidential candidate to be under the 12th Ammendment.
Funk Musician
George Clinton is considered one of the creators of American Funk music by many; he has been making music since the 1970s.
