George Clymer

George Clymer (March 16, 1739 – January 23, 1813) was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention from the state of Pennsylvania. Clymer was a member of the Continental Congress from 1776-1777 and again from 1780-1782. Clymer was a signer of both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution. [1]
