George Weinberg is an American psychologist, psychoanalyst, and homosexual activist who at the end of the 1960s devised a neologism 'homophobia' in order to harras and libel people who legitimely and thoughtfully reject the homosexual behavior and lifestyle on rational grounds by labeling and treating them as "neurotics".[1]
