Hammer and Scorecard is an alleged type of Electoral fraud which changed the reported outcome of the United States presidential election, 2020.

The “Hammer” is allegedly a counter-intelligence surveillance program which has been used to monitor without detection networks accessible by the internet, including voting machines.

The “Scorecard” is allegedly software which can manipulate votes through electronic voting machines. It supposedly targets data transfer that occurs between voting stations and hubs where data is stored. It is considered almost impossible to detect and uncover.[1]
