The '''Hanging Gardens of Babylon''', one of the [[Seven Wonders of the Ancient World]], are believed to have been built under the rule of [[Nebuchadnezzar II]] (604-562 BC). A recent theory is that the gardens described by the ancient texts were actually built by the [[Assyrian]] king [[Sennacherib]] in Nineveh.
