Support for homosexuality is frequently connected to a need for "diversity". If we are too focused on "people like us," we help to divide society into competing groups instead of a fabric of interwoven and connected interests.

However, homosexuals fail to display the kind of connectedness between sexes, generations, and social classes that leads to social harmony. [1]
