Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (born July 15, 1952, age 73) was the Republican United States Representative for Florida's 27th congressional district. She was first elected to the House in a special election in August 1989 to replace deceased Representative Claude Pepper, representing the 18th district. Previously, Ros-Lehtinen was a member of the Florida Senate and the Florida House of Representatives.
