Jennifer Carroll (born August 27, 1959) has been a member of the Florida House of Representatives since 2003. A Republican, she is a 20-year veteran of the United States Navy, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Carroll received a Master of Business Administration degree from St.Leo University in 1991.
