Jorge Rafael Videla

Jorge Rafael Videla (1925-2013) was the president of Argentina from 1978 to 1981. He came in power after Corrupt Leftist dictator Isabel Martínez de Perón was overthrown.

Videla was criticized by Henry Kissinger for killing oppositionals.[1]
