Joseph Robinette “Joe” Biden, Jr., or #JoeMentia (born[1] November 20, 1942, see: Biden's age), was the Vice President of the United States and served as President Barack Obama's token segregationist. He's known as the "Architect of Mass Incarceration." He has been endorsed by the Communist party ruling regime of China[2] and white supremacist Richard Spencer, who organized the 2017 Charlotesville riot in which one person was killed.[3] Biden has been implicaed in pay-to-play corruption in the Biden-Burisma scandal.[4] Biden called Confederate flag advocates "very fine people,"[5] and members of the U.S. military "stupid bastards"[6]

Biden announced Sen. Kamala Harris as his running mate on August 11, 2020.[7] In the following days the Biden/Harris ticket lost 10% support among registered "people of color" voters in a CNN nationwide poll.[8] Biden is famously remembered for his moving tribute to the Exalted Cyclops Robert Byrd[9] and members of a Confederate group as "many fine people."[10]

Prior to being Obama's pick for vice president, Biden never garnered 2% of Democratic primary voters in any of his presidential bids. Biden promises to cure cancer,[11] AIDS and climate change while giving out free drugs and tuition. Biden also vows to raise taxes.[12] Biden claims American culture is "European" and "not imported from some African s***hole nation".[13] Biden single-handedly made the phrase, "cognitive decline", a household word (see: Joe Biden's cognitive decline).[14] In April 2020 a former Senate aide filed a formal criminal complaint against Biden alleging rape.[15] Former Bernie Sanders campaign co-chair Nina Turner said voting for Joe Biden is like "eating a bowl of s***."[16] Biden is against God, opposes the Bible and Donald Trump, has threatened more riots if he doesn't win,[17] and called the police "the enemy."[18]

Biden obstructed justice when he wanted a prosecutor fired to stop an investigation. Biden publicly admitted that he threatened a quid pro quo to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aide unless Ukrainian leaders fired a prosecutor investigating his son, Hunter Biden, who was receiving kickbacks from a Ukrainian oil and gas company.[19][20] Biden's campaign was near collapse in September 2019 when it became known that he is currently under investigation by Ukrainian prosecutors for abuse of power as U.S. Vice President to interfere in a money-laundering investigation.[21][22] Biden's family has a reputation for corruption.[23] Hunter Biden has also profited from the sale of technology to the People's Liberation Army of China.[24]

The Chaldean Catholic Cathedral in El Cajon, California was defaced with swastikas, Biden 2020, upside down crosses and BLM imagery.[25]

In the 1970s, twenty years after Brown vs. Board of Education, Biden embraced the "separate but equal" doctrine. Biden told NPR that segregation was "a matter of black pride." Biden amassed a coalition of liberals and George Wallace supporters to oppose racial integration,[26] and considered a Constitutional Amendment to outlaw court-ordered school desegregation.[27][28][29] Biden wrote an Amendment that gutted portions of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. In 1977, he claimed that desegregation busing would create a "racial jungle".[30]

Biden authored the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994.[31] His New Jim Crow bill incarcerated 2.5 million Black males, one-tenth of the Black male population,[32] destroying lives and families. The bill included the notoriously racist hundred-to-one sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine,[33] and added more than forty federal death penalty crimes. Biden boasted “we do everything but hang people for jaywalking.”[34]

Biden's racist, sexist, and bigotted handling of Anita Hill left him widely ostracized until Obama rehabilitated him as his vice presidential pick.,[35][36] He has earned the nicknames of "Gropin' Joe" for his scandalous groping of women and even little girls, and QuidProQuo Joe for obstructing justice by firing a prosecutor and a Billion dollar payoff as a bribe. Multiple women have described and complained about his bizarre, unwanted touching of them and even sniffing their hair. His penchant for unwanted groping of women and young girls was ignored by party loyalists who made him the Democrat frontrunner.[37] The Washington Post reported that Biden likes to get nude in front of female Secret Service Agents when his wife isn't around.[38] The female agents were afraid to report the incidents because, as Vice President, Biden couldn't be disciplined under civil service system rules, and the women would be simply reassigned elsewhere - effectively demoted - a gross violation of women's equal rights and abuse of power inequities. Anita Hill found her private conversation with Biden shortly before entering the 2020 presidential race "deeply unsatisfying."[39]

Biden has embraced every wrong foreign policy view in existence since the 1980s, including supporting the Kremlin directed "nuclear freeze" movement, opposing the First Gulf War, supporting the 2003 Iraq War, and opposing the operation that killed Osama bin Laden.[40] On immigration, Biden claimed in 2014 that illegal immigrants were "already American citizens."[41] He supports far-left, open borders positions on immigration.[42] He strongly supports the homosexual agenda,[43] and he has flip-flopped on numerous issues including abortion.[44] Biden has also made numerous false statements.[45]

Biden is the first Roman Catholic Vice President and is popularly known as a gaffe machine. As Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Biden was a strong supporter of President George W. Bush and helped shepherd the Iraq War resolution through Congress. Biden voted for the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act which led to the financial Crash of 2008.

If they live, if Justice Souter God-willing lives, as long as the average age of the [Supreme] Court now, he'll be making landmark decisions in the year 2020. I'll be dead and gone in all probability.

On April 25, 2019, Biden announced his candidacy against President Trump in 2020 and was the immediate Democratic party frontrunner.[53] The Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania received $70 million form the Communist Chinese government. The Biden Center did not disclose the money came from China, as required by law.[54] Biden personally received $900,000 from the Biden Center, money which may have originated with Chinese communists.[55]

Policies

What Biden proposes and vows is essentially not much different than radical Sanders, as in part they promote death and perversion, and implement politically correct policies and inculcate liberal "values," and increase dependence upon government from Pre-K on up, with this expensive expansion of government being funded via the economy that it will work to distress.

  • LGBTQ

Biden promises to make enactment of the Equality Act during his first 100 days as President a top legislative priority, under which faithful Christians will be persecuted for obeying God and conscience. Biden states that while religious freedom is a fundamental American value, he opposes broad religious exemptions to existing nondiscrimination laws and policies across federal agencies and which he promises to reverse.

Biden intends to ban so-called “conversion therapy,” which is akin to Islamic outlawing of conversion while promising to work to end suicide among young LGBTQ+ individuals who are five times more likely to attempt suicide than their heterosexual peers.

Biden also charges that Donald Trump and Mike Pence have given "hate against LGBTQ+ individuals" safe harbor, and cites such policies are requiring transgender "women" to sleep and use bathrooms according to what they biologically are.

Richard Spencer officially endorsed Joe Biden. Spencer organized the 2015 Neo-Nazi Charlottesville March and is one of the "fine people" Biden claims Trump praised.[56]

In addition, Biden promises to decriminalize HIV exposure and transmission laws, under which such failures as not informing a partner of their positive HIV status, or in donating blood, or intentionally attempting to transmit HIV is a crime. However, although sodomy is the means of HIV transmission in over 80% of cases among men (2017),[57] yet Biden asserts that there is simply no “scientific basis” for HIV exposure and transmission laws.

Moreover, Biden believes every "transgender or non-binary person" should be able to change their "gender marker to “M,” “F,” or “X” on government identifications, passports, and other documentation," as well as use whatever facilities they feel corresponds to their gender identity. Including transgender students playing sports, using bathrooms, locker rooms, and what prison a convicted criminal wants to be sent to.

Biden will also not permit adoption and foster care agencies that choose not to allow adoption by LGBTQ+ families to receive government funding.

Biden further promises to "ensure coverage for comprehensive care for LGBTQ+ Americans...to all appropriate health care treatments and resources...including gender confirmation surgery." As well as for HIV treatment and prevention, that of PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) which cost about $2,000 a day, and would include coverage for lifetime treatment for HIV, which costs approximately 400,000 dollars, both of which Medicaid coverage presently includes.[58] Currently PrEP will be covered without cost-sharing starting in 2021.

Biden will also reverse the transgender military ban and rescind the prohibition against LGBTQ+ Muslims from entering the country, and permanently make upholding LGBTQ+ rights a priority of the foreign policy of the United States.

In addition, Biden intends to "advance culturally appropriate public information campaigns to promote LGBTQ+ human rights and reduce biases," and "develop and institute implicit bias training programs for federal workers and contractors to address discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression." [59][60]

  • Health care

Expanding free preventive care (contraception) and protecting abortion as a constitutional right [to murder], doing everything in his administration's power to stop state laws that hinder that, including parental notification requirements, working to codify Roe v. Wade.

Restore federal funding for Planned Parenthood, preventing states from refusing Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood and other providers that refer for abortions, and from obtaining Title X funds.

Hunter Biden, right, flew to China in 2013 aboard Air Force Two, with his father, Joe Biden, left, December 4, 2013. 10 days late Hunter Biden signed a $1.5 Billion deal with the Chinese military.[61]

Make health care a right. Ensure health care protections regardless of gender identity, or sexual orientation at taxpayer expense.

Expand access to mental health care at taxpayer expense.[62]

Early polls in August 2015 showed Biden's favorability ratings beating both Sec. Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. When The New York Times began investigating the Biden-Ukraine scandal, Biden dropped out of the race in October 2015.[63] The New York Times reported details of the scandal in December 2015.[64]

A CNN focus group of registered Democrats in March 2019 roundly rejected Biden as a serious contender.[65] Biden's age and being out of touch seemed to be major factors. Biden launched his campaign anyway on April 25, 2019, by promoting the anti-Trump Charlottesville hoax and praising violent Antifa members.[66] The mother of Heather Heyer, who was killed by a lone nutcase in a mêlée between protesters, condemned Biden for exploiting her daughter's death for political gain.[67] Biden's promises his first act as president would be to defeat Donald Trump. While claiming to want to unite the country, Biden did the exact opposite in his statements.[68] President Trump noted the rigged insider support again, this time for Biden over Bernie Sanders.[69]

While Biden largely is running on Obama's legacy, Obama machine aides told reporters that Biden is "too old, too out of touch."[70] Former Obama Defense Secretary Robert Gates said that Biden had
been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.[71]
Joe Biden kicked off his presidential campaign with an easily debunked lie.

Within the first three weeks of his campaign, Biden twice denied assessments by the U.S. intelligence community of the threat posed by China to the U.S.[72] Biden's son, Hunter Biden, has extensive business ties[73] with the Chinese military.

After the Democrat's First Debate Biden suffered an across the board decline in his support. He lost ground with white Democrats (from 32% to 18%) and voters of color (from 33% to 19%), among voters without a college degree (from 35% to 18%) and college graduates (from 28% to 20%), with both men (from 38% to 24%) and women (from 29% to 16%), and among voters under 50 years old (from 21% to 6%) as well as voters aged 50 and over (from 42% to 33%). Most of Biden's lost support in these groups shifted almost equally toward Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.

Progressives claim at the age of 76, Biden "needs to grow" to overcome his racism and bigoted treatment of women.[74] Anita Hill remarked that her private conversation with Joe Biden shortly before Biden entered the race was "deeply unsatisfying." Biden hired Bernie Sanders 2016 campaign press secretary, CNN political analyst Symone Sanders, as a senior adviser to play the race card. Symone Sanders donated money to Pete Buttigieg a month before taking the job with Biden. Symone Sanders is famous for her "we don't need white people" remark on CNN.[75]

Biden is known for flip-flopping his political positions.[76] Biden stated he opposed moving the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem despite previously claiming to support such an action.[77] Biden called the impeachment of Bill Clinton on 11 felony charges a "partisan lynching".[78] Commentator David Harsanyi remarked,
at his present political trajectory, Biden may end up promising to perform late-term abortions on transgendered Guatemalan migrants with his bare hands by the time the debate rolls around.[79]

As a serial groper, Biden promised a "hands-on" approach to governing.[80] With a reputation as a street fighter, Biden was KO'd in the first round of debates by a girl in a performance unworthy of even Dan Quayle. Reeling from the knock out blow, Biden warned his competitors that, after eight years in the Obama administration, he had the 'dirt' on all of them.[81] Michelle Obama refused to defend Biden's stance on segregation.[82] His poll numbers crashed after being outed as a racist.

Sen. Kamala Harris solicited money for the MFF to bail out the terrorists who burnt down the Minneapolis Police Station.

Biden's campaign suffered a serious blow in September 2019 when it became known that he is currently under investigation by Ukrainian prosecutors for misusing his power as U.S. Vice President to interfere in a money-laundering investigation of his son,[83] Hunter Biden.[22] Biden displayed his contempt and disrespect when questioned at a townhall meeting, calling ordinary citizens and voters "damn liars."[84]

"Many fine people"

During the 1993 Senate confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Chairman Biden of the Senate Judiciary Committee made a commented about the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC), an organization committed to preserving Confederate statues with ties to the Ku Klux Klan.

Biden began his remarks by referring to a speech made on the Senate floor by Sen. Howell Heflin (D-Ala.), who was speaking in support of efforts by Sen. Carol Moseley Braun (D-Ill.) to deny renewal of a Confederate flag design patent to the UDC.

“I, too, heard that speech and, for the public listening to this, the senator made a very moving and eloquent speech. As a son of the Confederacy, acknowledging that it was time to change and yield to a position that Sen. Carol Moseley-Braun raised on the Senate floor, not granting a federal charter to an organization made up of many fine people who continue to display the Confederate flag as a symbol."[85]

Transference of Racism

Biden's message of unity to America.

During his campaign, nominee Biden repeatedly blasted President Donald J. Trump as being a racist, in an attempt to defer / transfer his lifelong racism to the Republican candidate and his opponent. He criticized Trump for his alleged "racist" response in 2017, related to the conflict over preservation of historic monuments located in Charlottesville, VA that occurred during a 'Unite the Right' rally. Biden misquoted and misrepresented what Trump stated at the time to then label it as racism. Later, in a speech, Biden claimed that, Trump "repeatedly invokes racist invective", in reference to discussing immigrants / immigration, while Trump had insisted on respecting the established legal process of immigration versus the intentional illegal immigration of the United States. Biden tweeted, in reference to Trump, "There has never been a President in American history who has been so openly racist and divisive as this man."[86] Biden continued with efforts to promote the transference of his own racism in attempts to cast off, distance from and deny his own racist legacy. Biden claimed "systemic racism", while failing to acknowledge his decades of serving in the government, as the alleged "systemic racism" occurred and was actually proliferated.

Defund the Police money laundering scam

Raheem Kassam and Gatewaypundit exposed Black Lives Matter as a money laundering scheme for the Democratic National Committee.[87] On the BLM homepage, which features a “Defund The Police” petition front and center, if a user chooses to donate, they’re rerouted to a site hosted by ActBlue, the DNC's official payment portal.[88] ActBlue claims to be tax exempt organization and all donations to it are tax-deductable. The terms and conditions also link to ActBlue and mention “Campaign Finance Laws”.[89] Joe Biden is a top beneficiary of the ActBlue’s fundraising efforts.[90]

ActBlue contributions comprise 99.64 percent of all funds raised for the “Biden for President” entity and the total is nearly 773 times greater than the group with the second-highest donation sum. As of May 21, 2020, the organization has donated $119,253,857 to the “Biden for President” effort.[91]

Violent crime - particularly shootings and homicides - spiked across major U.S. cities in what one law professor dubbed the "Minneapolis effect." Paul Cassell, a professor at S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, explained the phenomenon in a research paper titled "Explaining the Recent Homicide Spikes in U.S. Cities: The 'Minneapolis Effect' and the Decline in Proactive Policing."

The Maoist Revolutionary Communist Party endorsed Joe Biden.[92]
"Recently, major cities across the country have suffered dramatic spikes in homicides. These spikes are remarkably large, suddenly appearing and widespread. At this rate, 2020 will easily be the deadliest year in America for gun-related homicides since at least 1999, while most other major crime categories are trending stable or slightly downward."

Cities like Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Detroit have seen spikes in homicides, aggravated assault and gun assaults this year, according to a July study by the nonpartisan National Commission on COVID-19 and Criminal Justice (NCCCJ).[93] Cassell said the end result is 710 additional homicides and 2,800 more shootings in the U.S. And the professor attributes “several hundred” of the deaths directly to the war on police.

“My estimates are that several hundred additional victims were murdered because of a reduction in policing. There are very significant trade-offs that need to be considered here that have truly life-threatening implications if they’re not handled carefully.”

With cities like New York City, moving to defund police by cutting their budgets, or otherwise redirecting funding to social services, this is having an impact as well.

“In the wake of the antipolice protests surrounding George Floyd’s death, less policing has occurred,” he wrote, saying “law enforcement capabilities have been diminished by reduced funding and other setbacks (such as increased retirements due to demoralization).”[94]

You ain't Black

Democrat presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden made a particularly offensive and egregious racist comment toward African American's during a radio interview.[95] Biden's comments were an effort at voter intimidation. Black Entertainment Television (BET) co-founder Bob Johnson called him out saying in part,

Biden was roundly criticized by Black leaders for his racist comments.[96]
"This proves unequivocally that the Democratic nominee believes that black people owe him their vote without question; even though we as black people know it is exactly the opposite. He should spend the rest of his campaign apologizing to every black person he meets."[97]

Biden won the Democrat presidential nomination when South Carolina Rep. James Clyburn endorsed him, and the dominos of the Democrat machine fell into place. In short choreographed order, the remaining white candidates, Amy Klobuchar, Pete Buttigieg, Tom Steyer, Michael Bloomberg and a host of local officials began goosestepping in lockstep. Kamala Harris,[98] Cory Booker, Julian Castro, and Tulsi Gabbard had been driven out earlier in a rigged process that allowed rich white billionaires - Steyer and Bloomberg - to buy their way in once all the minority candidates were forced out.[99] Clyborn admitted he cringed when he heard Biden's racist attack on Black people.[100]

Biden cynically tried to take advantage of George Floyd's killing, which occurred only days later, to repair his relations with Blacks by attacking the police and accusing them of systemic racism. Police groups and unions which Biden courted since the 1990s on behalf of the Clinton administration with the Biden Crime Bill, mass incarceration, and effort to put 100,000 new cops on the street to deal with "Superpredators", responded by withdrawing their support.[101]

When Biden supporters tore down statues of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson because they were slave owners, Biden never condemned the violence and vandalism and accused President Trump of being America's first racist president. Biden conveniently overlooked the racism of President's Woodrow Wilson and Lyndon Johnson, and a dozen other Democrat presidents who were slave owners. Charlemagne tha God responded that he wished Biden would just "shut the eff up forever."[102]

Biden-Burisma and Big Tech censorship

When Former VP Biden's naked collusion with Burisma executives and Ukrainian oligarchs was exposed,[103] Big Tech giants Facebook and Twitter began interfering in the presidential election by blocking links the New York Post article which published a scoop on the corruption.[104] Facebook and Twitter have many foreign stockholders.[105] Former James Comey general counsel James A. Baker (DOJ), who was complicit in the Obamagate and FISA abuse scandals, is Twitter's lead counsel.[106]

Biden at the Council on Foreign Relations: "‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money'...Well, [SOB], he got fired."[107]

One email from a Burisma executive reads,

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.”

Former Vice President Biden has repeatedly lied about having any knowledge of his son Huner's dealings with Burisma. Hunter Biden earned in excess of $3 million while serving on Burisam's board of directors during the Obama administration. The former vice president bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations that he threatened the President of Ukraine with withholding $1.8 Billion in foreign aid and loan guarantees, which the former vice president was in charge of, unless a prosecutor investigation Burisma corruption was fired.

A firestorm erupted over Big Tech censorship of the news and calls for repealing their Section 230 immunity. Facebook and Twitter are no longer service carriers of electronic information, but rather now acting as publishers and broadcasters of news. Hence their immunity from broadcasting libelous information on their platforms - such as accusations of President Trump being a Russian spy for example - should be revoked. Yahoo News! reported:

Instead of simply asking pertinent questions, or debunking the [New York] Post’s reporting, a media blackout was initiated. A number of well-known journalists warned colleagues and their sizable social-media audiences not to share the story. By the afternoon, Twitter had joined Facebook in suppressing the article, not only barring its users from sharing it with followers, but barring them sharing it through direct messages as well. It locked the accounts of White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, the Post, and many others for retweeting the story.

Twitter initially cited its “Hacked Materials Policy” and a “lack of authoritative reporting” as justification for censoring the Post, one of the most widely read papers in the nation. Though the reliability of the story is yet to be determined, Twitter has offered no evidence that any of the information was illegally obtained. No similar standard was applied when the New York Times published Trump’s tax returns, even though anyone who had legal access to them is likely to have broken the law in sharing them with the Times. Whatever the case, it’s all in the public record now.

A healthy democracy with a properly functioning and independent press would debate, investigate, and rigorously fact check new information. They wouldn’t work to squelch a story. It’s certainly not the job of giant tech companies who claim to function as neutral platforms to decide what news consumers can or can’t handle.

The most generous reading of Twitter and Facebook’s actions is that the rules are evolving, messy, and inadvertently unfair. A less generous — but more plausible — reading is that the tech giants single out specific stories damaging to progressives’ preferred presidential candidate. It will backfire.

For one thing, it further damages the reputation of Big Tech. For another, it renders the industry more susceptible to a new regulatory regime already being championed by some in Congress. Mostly, however, it just makes the story they’re trying to suppress a far bigger deal.[109]

The former vice president's son, Hunter, never visited Ukraine, did not speak Ukrainian, had no experience in the oil and gas industry, received over $50,000 a month in wire transfers from Burisma, was dishonorably discharged from the Navy for cocaine addiction, returned a rental car with a crack pipe in it, had a baby out of wedlock whom he refused to pay child support for until ordered by a court while he was having an affair with his widowed sister-in-law. A Senate report discovered a $3.5 million money transfer from the wife of the Moscow mayor to the Biden family and tens of thousands of dollars in payments to an Eastern European prostitution and human tafficing ring.[110]

Racism

In addition to Biden's longstanding alliance with fellow Democrat segregationists in the U.S. Senate, Biden is known for a history of making racially insensitive remarks. Reportedly, Biden’s political approach to race has long been geared toward assuaging the racial anxieties of white voters. Biden exposed his racial insensitivity towards the 2008 Democratic Presidential candidate and running mate, Barack Obama, when he declared, "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy." He later claimed, "Barack Hussein Obama is change enough for most people."[111]

Biden Amendment of 1975

CNN airbrushed out the Washington Redskins logo from this 1970s photo of Joe Biden and son. The Washington NFL team dropped the name 'Redskins' in June 2020 because it was deemed "racist".[112]
See also: Segregation and Systemic racism

The debate over the crimes of the Democrats slave power[113] was reopened in 2019 while some far leftists were pushing for slave reparations.[114] During Sen. Biden's decades long collaboration with segregationist Senators, there is no record of Biden ever calling them "clown's, "racists", or telling them to "shut up". Contrarily, Biden had nothing but kind and loving words of praise at their retirements and funerals.

In 1972 Biden re-cycled the racist rhetoric of John C. Calhoun, arguing that school segregation was a "positive good" for Blacks. Calhoun famously laid out his doctrine of separation of the races as a civilizing force among Blacks which became Democrat talking points before the Dred Scott decision, throughout the Civil War, Reconstruction, the Jim Crow era, and the New Deal. In a Democrat filibuster on the floor of the Senate, Calhoun famously said:

"I hold that in the present state of civilization, where two races of different origin, and distinguished by color, and other physical differences, as well as intellectual, are brought together, the relation now existing in the slaveholding States between the two, is, instead of an evil, a good—a positive good."

Biden resurrected the idea that segregation was "for their own good" and that Blacks were grateful for it.

“I think the concept of busing … that we are going to integrate people so that they all have the same access and they learn to grow up with one another and all the rest, is a rejection of the whole movement of black pride, a rejection of the entire black awareness concept, where black is beautiful, black culture should be studied; and the cultural awareness of the importance of their own identity, their own individuality.”[115]

In the 21st century Biden tried to separate himself from his previous racist statements on school integration:

"Poor kids are just as smart as white kids."

Biden led a coalition of segregationists that was opposed by Republican Sen. Edward Brooke, the first African American senator elected since Democrats forced the end of Reconstruction after the Civil War. National Public Radio's David Ensor asked Biden, "What about a constitutional amendment? Isn’t that what you’re gonna have to end up supporting if you want to stop court ordered busing, too?" Biden responded,

"That would clearly do it. I’m hopeful, and I have — now that I have some sort of new allies in this area, it’s become respectable now for liberals to at least say publicly what they’ve been saying in private, that busing doesn’t work. We are trying to figure out whether or not we can come up with an innovative piece of legislation which would limit the remedy, and I don’t — honestly don’t know whether we can come up with something constitutional. And if we can’t, I will not in an attempt to eliminate busing violate the Constitution. I won’t do that. The only way, if I’m gonna go at it, I’m gonna go at it through a Constitutional Amendment if it can’t be done through a piece of legislation."

Ensor reported that Biden proposed renewing segregation because busing "wasn't working" ("wasn't working" to the electoral advantage of Democrats and not necessarily to the cause of equal rights for Blacks), and Biden was afraid that older liberal colleagues were blind to how Black separatists felt about their children being bused to white schools.

“I think the Democratic Party could stand a liberal George Wallace — someone who’s not afraid to stand up and offend people, someone who wouldn’t pander but would say what the American people know in their gut is right” - Joe Biden
"There are those of we social planners who think somehow that if we just subrogate man’s individual characteristics and traits by making sure that a presently heterogeneous society becomes a totally homogeneous society, that somehow we’re going to solve our social ills. Quite to the contrary."

Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance.[116] Biden told the Philadelphia Enquirer on October 12, 1975:

“Liberals have rejected common sense. Anybody who has studied the area knows that we don't have a workable rehabilitation program. Yet we continue to insist that the function of prison is to rehabilitate, not punish.

I think the Democratic Party could stand a liberal George Wallace — someone who’s not afraid to stand up and offend people, someone who wouldn’t pander but would say what the American people know in their gut is right”[117]

George Wallace praised Biden as "one of the outstanding young politicians of America."[118] Wallace is famous for coining the slogan in a gubernatorial inaugural address,

"Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever!"[119][120]
The same year Biden authored an amendment to gut Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Politico writes of the whole sordid affair,
Biden morphed into a leading anti-busing crusader—all the while continuing to insist that he supported the goal of school desegregation, he only opposed busing as the means to achieve that end. This stance, which many of Biden’s liberal and moderate colleagues also held, was clever but disingenuous. It enabled Biden to choose votes over principles, while acting as if he was not doing so....In a seminal moment, the Senate thus turned against desegregation. The Senate had supported the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 1965 Voting Rights Act and 1968 Fair Housing Act....the Senate remained the last bastion for those who supported strong integration policies. Biden stormed that bastion...[121]

Sen. James Abourezk of South Dakota related how Biden reacted when Abrourezek tried to block the amendment:

Biden called segregation "a matter of Black pride" and pushed for a Constitutional Amendment to outlaw Court ordered de-segregation.[121]
‘Abourezk, you **********, if I ever vote for another one of your bills, it'll be a cold day in hell.'

‘Calm down, Joe,' I told him, ‘You're eventually gonna thank me for doing this.'

‘Like hell I will you dirty *******.'

A few days later, Biden came into the scheduled committee meeting, this time with a broad, friendly grin aimed directly at me.

‘Jesus, Abourezk, you were right,' he said. ‘I am gonna thank you. You should see the Delaware newspapers—big front-page headlines saying, ‘Biden Battles Liberals in Washington.' He was unabashedly elated. ‘They love me back home, how did you know this would happen?'[122]

The New York Times published a lengthy story on Biden's advocacy of segregation. In a 1977 congressional hearing related to anti-desegregation orders, Biden emphasized,

"Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle."[123]

Republican Sen. Edward Brooke, the first black senator ever to be popularly elected, called Biden's amendment “the greatest symbolic defeat for civil rights since 1964.” Brooke accused Biden of leading an assault on integration.

Prof. Ronnie Dunn said opposition to busing was motivated by racism and that without the court-ordered policy Biden probably would not have become vice president in 2009. “What I find ironic is that [Biden] was the vice president under a president who, if it hadn’t been for the social interaction that occurred during the era of busing, I argue we likely would not have seen the election of Barack Obama." Dunn, an Urban Studies professor at Cleveland State University and author of the book Boycotts, Busing, & Beyond, said Biden made the case in favor of maintaining segregation. "That was an argument against desegregation.” Dunn said Biden must address the issue if he runs for president. “People have to be held accountable."[124]

Biden's opposition to integration didn't stop there. HuffPo reported:

In 1977, two black men nominated for key Justice Department posts by President Jimmy Carter easily won approval from the Senate Judiciary Committee. After confirmation by the full Senate, Drew Days III became the nation’s first black head of the department’s civil rights division and Wade McCree became the second black solicitor general. Only one member of the committee voted against them. It wasn’t segregationists Strom Thurmond (R-S.C.) or James Eastland (D-Miss.). It wasn’t even former Ku Klux Klan member Robert Byrd (D-W.Va.). The lone Judiciary Committee vote against the two men was Sen. Joe Biden (D-Del.).[125]

In 1981 Biden said in a Senate hearing, “sometimes even George Wallace is right about some things.”[126] Biden read the "N" word into the Congressional Record during an open hearing in 1986.[127] In a farewell address to retiring Democrat segregationist Sen. John Stennis Biden said:

"To think that I would be one day on the floor of the United States Senate, being paid such accolades by such a man of character and courage as John Stennis is beyond my wildest dreams. And I mean that sincerely."[128]

When Biden announced his candidacy Politico attempted to poo-poo and explain away Biden and liberal Democrat racism with a back-handed slap at school vouchers for minority students, which liberal elites have strenuously opposed ever since the Biden Amendment passed:

School desegregation, as part of a broader suite of civil rights reforms, was once as a vital component of the Democratic Party platform. Yet since the 1970s, Democrats, in the face of concerted white backlash, have largely accommodated themselves to increasing segregation in public schools across the nation. Party leaders, even the most progressive among them, rarely propose serious solutions to this vexing problem. A sincere critique of Biden’s busing record would require a broader reckoning of the Democratic Party’s—and by extension the nation’s—abandonment of this central goal of the civil rights movement. And it’s hard to see that happening anytime soon.[129]
Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey condemned the 2020 Democrat primary frontrunner at the Juneteenth annual commemoration of Republican Abraham Lincoln ending slavery in the United States.
You don’t joke about calling black men 'boys'...frankly, I’m disappointed that he hasn’t issued an immediate apology for the pain his words are dredging up for many Americans. He should.[113]

Southern Manifesto

See also: Southern Manifesto

The Southern Manifesto was a document written after the landmark Supreme Court 1954 ruling Brown v. Board of Education, which integrated public schools. It was drawn up by legislators in the United States Congress opposed to racial integration in public places. It was signed by politicians from the former Confederate States. All but twenty-eight of the 138 southern Democrat members of Congress signed the Manifesto, including 19 of the Majority Democrat Senators.[130]

The Southern Manifesto was signed on a large mahogany conference table in Sen. John Stennis' office which Stennis used as his desk and referred to as "the flagship of the Confederacy." The table was used by segregationist and co0signer of the Southen Manifesto before, Sen. Richard Russell before his retirement. When Stennis retired in 1988, Biden took over Stennis' office, including the conference table. When Biden was elected vice president in 2008, Biden had the conference table moved into the vice president's residence.

Superpredators

Biden colluded with segregationists to undermine the Supreme Court decision of Brown vs. Board.
In a 1993 Senate floor speech, Biden warned of "predators on our streets" who were "beyond the pale" and said they must be cordoned off from the rest of society, because the justice system did not know how to rehabilitate them. Biden described a
"cadre of young people, tens of thousands of them, born out of wedlock, without parents, without supervision, without any structure, without any conscience developing because they literally ... because they literally have not been socialized, they literally have not had an opportunity."
Biden went on in the same breath,
"It doesn't matter whether or not the person that is accosting your son or daughter or my son or daughter, my wife, your husband, my mother, your parents, it doesn't matter whether or not they were deprived as a youth. It doesn't matter whether or not they had no background that enabled them to become socialized into the fabric of society. It doesn't matter whether or not they're the victims of society. The end result is they're about to knock my mother on the head with a lead pipe, shoot my sister, beat up my wife, take on my sons."

Biden said, that he didn't care "why someone is a malefactor in society" and that criminals needed to be "away from my mother, your husband, our families." Biden added "we should focus on them now" because "if we don't, they will, or a portion of them, will become the predators 15 years from now."

Biden's comments echoed first lady Hillary Clinton's inflammatory statement about "Superpredators" with "no conscience, no empathy" and "we need to bring them to heel."

Biden Crime Bill

Main article: The New Jim Crow

Biden was a staunch opponent of school desegregation in the 1970s and leading crusader for mass incarceration in the 1980s and 1990s. Biden described African American felons in the aftermath of the Central Park 5 jogger case as 'predators' too sociopathic to rehabilitate,[131] and white supremacist senators as his friends.

Biden boasts as one of his greatest legislative achievements passage of the 1994 Crime bill which locked up 10% of the Black adult male population of the United States.[31][132]

When President George H.W. Bush asked for a record increase in funding to fight the War on Drugs, Biden told a TV interviewer
"In a nutshell, the President's plan does not include enough police officers to catch the violent thugs, enough prosecutors to convict them, enough judges to sentence them or enough prison cells to put them away for a long time."[133][134]
The Superpredator Act of 1994. Feinstein, Kerry and Biden are clearly visible with President Clinton. The bill is known for its sentencing disparities which led to mass incarceration of Blacks.[135]
Biden, Ted Kennedy, and Strom Thurmond worked on proposals that raised maximum penalties, removed a directive requiring the US Sentencing Commission to take into account prison capacity, and created the cabinet-level “drug czar” position. In 1984, they passed the Comprehensive Crime Control Act, which, among other things, abolished parole, imposed a less generous cap on “good time” sentence reductions, and allowed the Sentencing Commission to issue more punitive guidelines.

Biden bragged on the Senate floor that it was under his and Thurmond's leadership that Congress passed a law sending anyone caught with a rock of cocaine the size of a quarter to jail for a minimum of five years - the notoriously racist hundred-to-one sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine. In the same speech Biden took credit for civil asset forfeiture and seizure laws, and demanded to know why Papa Bush hadn't sentenced more drug dealers to life in prison or exercise the death penalty once Congress had given him that power.[33]

Biden's version of a new crime bill added more than forty crimes that would be eligible for the death penalty. Biden boasted “we do everything but hang people for jaywalking.”[34] The NAACP and other groups lobbied against the bill.[136] Although the 1991 crime bill was defeated by Republicans, the 1994 Biden/Clinton crime bill was passed.[137]

By 2001, the United States had the highest rate of incarceration in the world. Human Rights Watch reported that in seven states, African Americans constituted 80 to 90 percent of all drug offenders even though they were no more likely than whites to use or sell illegal drugs. Prison admissions for drug offenses reached a level in 2000 for African Americans more than 26 times the level they had been under Ronald Reagan.[138] Biden's "social planning" had proven effective.

In May 2019 journalist and historian Shaun King observed,
I’ve heard a very dangerous lie being told about how the systems of mass incarceration were built in this nation. I didn’t expect to have to respond this way because I didn’t expect Joe Biden to lie about the 1994 Crime Bill. He wrote it. He fought for it. And the results were devastating. Every single expert on this topic agrees.

This week Joe Biden took the stance that not only is he not sorry for the Crime Bill, but that it didn’t even increase mass incarceration. And it’s shameful because either he’s willfully lying, which is horrible, or he’s just plain ignorant about the true impact of the bill, which is also horrible. Either way, I have a major problem with it because these laws are still in effect and they are doing damage in our communities every single day, 24 hours a day.[139]

The Leftist Jacobin magazine summed up Biden's record:

CBS race baiting fake news as it appeared on air during the 2020 presidential election.[140] The CBS chyron reads, "Biden Pitches Critical Latino Voters". The photo is actually a Latinos for Trump rally. MAGA hats and signs are readily apparent.
The actual Biden Latino Outreach event.[141]
"It’s not as if Biden didn’t know what he was doing.... He just didn’t care. Biden had made a calculated decision that the elections he would win were worth the damage he inflicted....
But even if Biden has subsequently learned the error of his ways, the rank cynicism and callousness involved in his two-decade-long championing of carceral policies should be more than enough to give anyone pause about his qualities as a leader, let alone a progressive one."[142]

Mass incarceration

Sen. Cory Booker told the NAACP convention in Detroit in response to another so-called "criminal justice reform" proposal by Biden:
For a guy who helped to be an architect of mass incarceration, this in an inadequate solution to what is a raging crisis in our country.[143]

Biden now advocates for a man sentenced to prison to choose to be incarcerated in a women's prison.[144]

Xenophobia

Biden told an audience in 2006,

"the country that isn't an erstwhile democracy, where they have the greatest disparity, and it's one of the wealthiest countries in the hemisphere. And because of a corrupt system that exists in Mexico, there is the 1% of the population at the top, a very small little middle class, and the rest in abject poverty.

Folks, I voted for a fence. I voted and, unlike most Democrats - some of you won't like it - I voted for 700 miles of fence. Let me tell you, we can build a fence 40 stories high - unless we change the dynamic in Mexico, and you will you like this - and punish American employers who knowingly violate the law when in fact they hire illegals. Unless you do those two things, all the rest is window dressing. Now I know I'm not supposed to say it that bluntly. But they are facts. They are the facts.

And so, everything else we do is in between here, everything else we do is at the margin. The reason why I thought, parenthetically, why I believe the fence is needed is not really related to immigration as much as drugs. I'm the guy who wrote the national crime bill. I'm the guy that wrote the national drug trafficing. I'm the guy who wrote the law that set up a drug czar. Let me tell you something, folks. People are driving across that border with tons, tons, hear me, tons, of everything from by products for methamphetamine, to cocaine, to heroin. It's all coming up through corrupt Mexico.

So I would have, as they say in the southern part of my state, I had an altar call. I had a come to the Lord meeting. You think I'm joking? I'm not joking. Maybe you know about me. I've been doing this a long time. I've known every single major world leader in every country for the past 20 years. And I know a lot of them well...don't tell me, in Mexico, you expect to get the same kind of treatment that we give other democracies, and then you don't act in a democratic way. Not on my watch., Not on my watch.[145]

2019 debates

Biden attempted to clarify some of his positions on segregation and race relations during the Democratic pre-primary Third Debate for the 2020 Presidential nomination, when questioned by Linsey Davis. By the time he finished obfuscating, he insinuated that black parents didn't know how to raise their children.[146]

Linsey Davis: Mr. Vice President, I want to talk to you about inequality in schools and race. In a conversation about how to deal with segregation in schools back in 1975, you told a reporter, “I don’t feel responsible for the sins of my father and grandfather. I feel responsible for what the situation is today, for the sins of my own generation, and I’ll be damned if I feel responsible to pay for what happened 300 years ago.” You said that some 40 years ago, but as you stand here tonight, what responsibility do you think that Americans need to take to repair the legacy of slavery in our country?
"That little girl was me." The Biden Amendment of 1975 to the 1965 Civil Rights Act restored funding for schools that practiced racial segregation. Democrat presidential contender Kamala Harris was ostracized and silenced after exposing Biden's corrupt and racist history.

Joe Biden: Well, they have to deal with the … Look, there is institutional segregation in this country. And from the time I got involved, I started dealing with that. Redlining, banks, making sure that we are in a position where—

Look, we talk about education. I propose that what we take is those very poor schools, the Title 1 schools, triple the amount of money we spend from $15 to $45 billion a year. Give every single teacher a raise to the equal of … A raise of getting out of the $60,000 level.

No. 2, make sure that we bring in to the help with the stud—the teachers deal with the problems that come from home. The problems that come from home, we need… We have one school psychologist for every 1,500 kids in America today. It’s crazy. The teachers are required—I’m married to a teacher. My deceased wife is a teacher. They have every problem coming to them.

Make sure that every single child does, in fact, have three, four, and five-year-olds go to school. School! Not day care, school. We bring social workers into homes of parents to help them deal with how to raise their children. It’s not that they don’t want to help. They don’t know what— They don’t know what quite what to do. Play the radio. Make sure the television—excuse me, make sure you have the record player on at night. The phone—make sure the kids hear words. A kid coming from a very poor school—er, a very poor background will hear 4 million words fewer spoken by the time they get there.

Davis: Thank you, Mr. Vice President.

Biden: No, I’m going to go like the rest of them do, twice over, OK? Because here’s the deal. The deal is that we’ve got this a little backwards. And by the way, in Venezuela, we should be allowing people to come here from Venezuela. I know Maduro. I’ve confronted Maduro. No. 2, you talk about the need to do something in Latin America. I’m the guy that came up with $740 million to see to it those three countries, in fact, change their system so people don’t have to chance to leave. You’re all acting like we just discovered this yesterday! Thank you very much.[147]

Even The Young Turks slammed Biden for his racist answer in blaming parents for not knowing how to raise their children rather than answer the Moderator's question.[148]

Author Anand Giridharadas flagged the moment, wondering, "Is this not one of the most explicitly racist moments of all time in a Democratic primary debate?" and he posted on Twitter: "Joe Biden's answer on how to address the legacy of slavery was appalling -- and disqualifying. It ended in a sermon implying that black parents don't know how to raise their own children. This cannot go on. #DemDebate"[149]

In a barb reminiscent of Hillary Clinton's maxim, "I’m going to start thanking the woman who cleans the restroom in the building that I work in....I want to start seeing her as a human being," Biden said during the coronavirus lockdown, "the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because… some black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf.”[150]

Biden won the endorsement of the Maoist Revolutionary Communist Party[151] which was instrumental in the planning and execution of the 2020 Marxist insurrection, responsible for the deaths of scores of innocent people and police and more than $2 Billion in property damage.[152]

Chinese collusion

Biden toasts CCP boss Xi Jinping. According to the Black Book of Communism, the leftist regime of Beijing has murdered more than 60 million of its own people over its 70 years of existence.

Five months into the Obama administration in June 2009 Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, stepson of Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair John Kerry formed Rosemount Seneca. The firm partnered with the Thornton Group run by James Bulger, and the Bank of China, to form Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) in China. Devon Archer is a longtime friend of former Secretary of State John Kerry and of stepson Chris Heinz and James Bulger, the nephew of notorious Boston gangster "Whitey" Bulger. Whitey Bulger was the head of the Boston Irish mafia who enjoyed federal protection under FBI director Robert Mueller as an informant.[153] Bulger was convicted of 19 murders that occurred while under Mueller's protection; some have linked the Bulger klan to as many as 52 murders while Mueller was the United States Attorney in Boston.[154] Whitey Bulger was murdered in prison at the age of 89 a few months before the Mueller Report was released.

The Bank of China is owned by the Chinese government and closely connected with the Chinese military and intelligence services. Biden, Heinz, and Archer transferred and sold "duel use" technology to the Chinese military which was used to create the Chinese drone program and replicate the Chinese version of the F-15 fighter.[155] Unsurprisingly, Joe Biden disregards the assessment of U.S. intelligence agencies and doesn't regard China as a strategic threat.[156][157]

Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) invested in an app the Chinese leftwing communist government is using to surveil ethnic minority Muslims in western China. Over one million Muslims living in the region are now incarcerated in Chinese gulags.

Joseph Biden is a supporter of the Trans Pacific Partnership TPP which would destroy morew middle class jobs.

CCP virus

Biden's chief Covid-19 adviser Ron Klain, a former top Obama administration official, advised Biden and the public in February 2020 that there was "no reason to to be fearful, no reason really to panic or anything like that”.[158] Biden suggested a Presidential Task Force be appointed to deal with the CCP coronavirus, which he referred to as "the Luhan virus",[159] two months after President Trump appointed the task force.[160]

Sexual assault allegations

The Washington Post calls Biden "Creepy Uncle Joe" for his habit of groping wives and children.

According to the Washington Post, female Secret Service agents did not want to work with Biden. Whenever Biden's wife was not home, Biden stripped naked. The female Secret Service agents where afraid to report incidents to their superiors in fear for their jobs.[161] In the days just prior to his announcement to run, no less than eight women of the MeToo movement complained of Biden's inappropriate grabbing and touching. Even Biden's wife, Jill, has been visibly seen creeped-out by Biden's awkward attempts at public displays of affection.[162] Biden responded by admitting America has become more conservative and then mocked critics and victims in a speech before firefighters. Biden told The View he needs to be more "cognizant" about groping women and children.[163] Even Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez remained unconvinced of Biden's alleged flip on his touchy-feelly approach to women in politics.[164]

Obama White House Communications Director and Joe Biden 2020 presidential campaign manager Anita Dunn was a great admirer of Chairman Mao and was deeply inspired by the Cultural Revolution.[165][166]

Tara Reade is a former Senate aide for Joe Biden.[167] She was trying to tell her story since it happened in 1993. It's a story about sexual assault, digital penetration which is rape, retaliation, and silencing.

Tara Reade had already come forward with part of her story after Lucy Flores accused Joe Biden of touching her inappropriately in April 2019. Tara Reade was one of seven other women to share their own stories about Biden. Reade told reporters about the way Biden would put his hands on her shoulders and run his fingers up and down her neck. She considered talking about the rest of her story but didn't because her claims of sexual harassment got her doxed and smeared as a Russian agent in April 2019.[168]

Then in January 2020 Reade tried to come forward again. This time she contacted Times Up Now, the sexual harassment organization. Ryan Grim at The Intercept reported the organization said they couldn't help her because Joe Biden was a candidate for federal office and supporting a case against him could jeopardize their nonprofit status.[169] They also pointed out that the public relations firm that works on behalf of the Times Up Now Legal Defense Fund is SKD Knickerbocker, and SKDKnickerbocker managing director is Obama's former Communication's director, the notorious Maoist Anita Dunn.[170] Dunn is the top adviser to Joe Biden.[171]

Tara's brother and her good friend recall being told about the assault by Tara at the time it happened in 1993. Tara reached out to countless people to try to tell her story and nobody, not even the organization that was made to support women like her would listen to her. This was an actual physical assault.[172] Tara Reade was asked to take a duffel bag to Joe Biden, so her boss in the office called her and said, "Hey you need to bring this to Joe Biden right away. Hurry." So she brought it to him at a gym. Reade said,

Tara Reade: He was at first talking to someone. I could see him at a distance and then they went away. And then we were in like the side area, and he just said, "Hey c'mere Tara," and then I handed him the thing. And he greeted me. He remembered my name and then it we were alone. And it was the strangest thing. There was no like exchange. Really. He just had me up against the wall. And I was wearing like a skirt, and you know, business skirt. But I wasn't wearing stockings. It was kind of a hot day that day and I was wearing heels. And I remember my legs had been hurting from the marble, you know, of the Capitol, like walking.

And I remember that kind of stuff. I remember like I was wearing a blouse, and he just had me up against the wall. And the wall was cold. And I remember it happened all at once. The gym bag, I don't know where, when I handed it to him, was gone. And then his hands were on me and underneath my clothes. And yeah, and then he went um, he went down my skirt, but then up inside it. And he penetrated me with his finger. He was kissing me at the same time, and he was saying something to me. He said several things and I can't remember everything. He said, I remember a couple of things, I remember him saying first, as he was doing it "Do you want to go somewhere else?" and then him saying to me when I pulled away, he got finished doing what he was doing, and I pulled back. And he said "Come on man, I heard you liked me." It's that phrase stayed with me because I kept thinking what I might have said. And I can't remember exactly if he said, "I thought" or "I heard", but it's like he implied that I had done this.
I don't know, for me it was like everything shattered in that moment. Because I knew, like we were alone. It was over, right? He wasn't trying to do anything more. But I looked up to him. He was like my father's age. He was this champion of women's rights in my eyes, and I couldn't believe it was happening. It seems surreal. And I just I knew I just felt sick, because when he pulled back, he looked annoyed. And he said something else to me that I don't want to say. And then he said - I must have looked shocked and he grabbed me by the shoulders. I don't know how I looked, but I must have looked something because he grabbed me by the shoulders and he said, "You're okay. You're fine. You're okay. You're fine." And then he walked away and he went on with his day.
And what I remember next is being in the Russell Building, like where the big windows are and the stairs by myself. And my body - I was shaking everywhere because - and it was cold. All of a sudden, I was, I don't know, I felt like I was shaking just everywhere and I was trying to grasp what just happened. and what I should do, or what I should say. But I knew it was bad because he was so angry. Like when he left. Like I could feel, you know, how when you know someone's angry. They don't necessarily say anything. He smiles when he's angry and you can just feel it emanating from him.

Joementum: Protesters moved quickly to greet Biden on the campaign trail after his historic comeback.

Interviewer: Do you want to share that thing that you said you don't like, you said like I don't want to say what he said that thing he said to you?
Tara Reade: Um yeah. I can, I guess I could. I mean....
Interviewer: You you don't have to.
Tara Reade: That's okay. It's just um, it's almost like giving a weapon to them.
Interviewer:' 'How so?
Tara Reade: Well it's like I don't want them to know how much it hurt. I don't you know. don't want him to know.
Interviewer: That you remembered it?
Tara Reade: Yeah. Just... just I don't know um....but yeah, I can say it, um yeah.
There was something he said that I didn't want to say. And I didn't want to say it because it's the thing that stays in my head over and over. Like, um, it's the thing that kind of stayed with me over the years. But he said, when he got me against the wall after I pulled away. And he said, "Hey, I heard you liked me". I knew he was angry right after he took his finger, he just like pointed at me and he said. "You're nothing to me". And he just looked at me, he goes "You're nothing. Nothing." And then I must have reacted and I think he only said it twice. I just heard the word "nothing" and, and I must have reacted, because that's when he took me by the shoulders and he said "You're okay. You're fine. You're okay."

But then afterwards, like it kept replaying in my head there, like last April [2019] when all that stuff came out. I got really, really sad about it. And the thing that I remember most, almost more than the assault itself was, just being told that I was nothing. And he was right. That's how people treated me. And I have no platform. So people want to know why women don't come forward, that's a good example.

For years, Biden failed to apologize to Anita Hill personally for the way she was treated when she testified in the 1991 confirmation of Clarence Thomas.[173][174][175][176]

Upon his announcement Biden immediately secured the endorsement of prominent sleaze lawyer and former Democratic hopeful Michael Avenatti. Avenatti shares many of Biden's core precepts, including his racist agenda remarking that the Democratic nominee "had better be a white male."[177] Avenatti, a chief critic of President Trump, dropped out of the race after being arrested for felonious assault and battery on a woman and extortion. An unrepentant racist, Biden says immigrants should have to speak English.[178]

Biden said enshrining LGBT+ protections into labor and civil rights laws would be his priority. Passing the Equality Act “will be the first thing” he would ask for.[179]

Campaign staffers physically block reporters when asking Biden questions, then photographing anyone who objects.

Biden's mental faculties have been called into question: he confused UK prime minister Theresa May with Margaret Thatcher.[180] According to mental health experts, Biden's slurring of words and phrases and verbal inarticulateness marks a decline in mental abilities.

Biden-Ukraine collusion scandal

Obama (left) appointed Joe Biden (center) to dole out $1 Billion to the Ukraine for which the Biden Family, thru Hunter Biden (right) received $50,000 a month in kickbacks.[181]

As Vice President, Biden oversaw the disbursement of $1 billion allocated by the U.S. to the new government of Ukraine. In 2014, Biden's son Hunter Biden, was appointed to the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, the largest oil and gas company in Ukraine. Hunter Biden was hired by Mykola Zlochevsky, who served as Ukraine's ecology minister in the previous administration. Hunter Biden was paid $166,000 per month. The money was split with the nephew of Whitey Bulger.

Zlochevsky came under investigation by the new administration for alleged embezzlement of $5 billion while ecology minister. The prosecutor traced payments made to Hunter Biden. Vice President Biden threatened the new Ukrainian administration to withhold $1 billion in U.S. allocated funds unless the prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden was fired.[182]

Biden bragged about having caused the firing of the Ukraine prosecutor to a CFR conference.

U.S. banking records show Hunter Biden's firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Joe Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine. Biden threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending Ukraine toward insolvency, if it didn't immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin who was investigating his son, Hunter. Biden recounted,
"'You’re not getting the billion'. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money'...Well, [SOB], he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time."[22][183]

Yuriy Lutsenko, who replaced Shokin as the prosecutor looking into Burisma, said the evidence in the Burisma case he'd like to present to William Barr, particularly the vice president's intervention.

Between April 2014 and October 2015, more than $3 million was paid out by Burisma to an account linked to Biden's and Devon Archer's Rosemont Seneca firm, according to the financial records placed in a federal court file in Manhattan in another case against Archer. The bank records show that, on most months when Burisma money flowed, two wire transfers of $83,333.33 each were sent to the Rosemont Seneca–connected account on the same day. The same Rosemont Seneca–linked account typically then paid Hunter Biden one or more payments ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 each. Ukrainian prosecutors reviewed internal company documents and wanted to interview Hunter Biden and Archer about why they had received such payments, but couldn't because of Joe Biden's intervention.

In a text message from Hunter Biden to his sister Naomi, Hunter said that their father, "Pop" takes 50% of his salary.[184][185]

On September 4, 2019, former Prosecutor General Victor Shokin made a sworn affidavit outlining Joe Biden's shakedown.[186]

Eric Ciaramella

Deep State informant Eric Ciaramella, an alleged second-hand hearsay "whistleblower."

Deep State informant Eric Ciaramella was assigned to the Obama White House by Russia collusion hoax mastermind John Brennan..He was detailed to the staff of National Security Council Susan Rice and Vice President Joe Biden.[187] Ciaramella worked on Ukrainian issues for Biden in 2015 and 2016 during the time Biden was the "point man" handing out U.S. taxpayer cash to Ukraine.

Ciaramella worked with Democratic National Committee operative Alexandra Chalupa to dig up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election. Ciarmella invited Chalupa into the Obama White House for meetings.[188] Chalupa a key figure behind manufacturing the Russia collusion hoax and in the Ukrainian collusion scandal with the Atlantic Council and Crowdstrike. Ciaramella set the Trump impeachment inquiry in motion.

In May 2017, Ciaramella was instrumental in helping generate the “Putin fired Comey” narrative. A Ciaramella email the day after Comey's firing ended up in the media, which is reported to have allegedly called Comey “crazy, a real nut job.” Ciaramella is said to have argued that “President Putin suggested that President Trump fire Comey.” In the days after Comey's firing, this presidential action was used to further political and media calls for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate supposed ‘Russia collusion.’ Ciaramella was dismissed from the Trump White House in June 2917 and accused of illegal leaks and working against the interests of the United States government. Ciaramella returned to the CIA.

In August 2019 The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG), Michael Atkinson, referred to Ciaramella as one who has

“some indicia of an arguable political bias … in favor of a rival political candidate"

The ICIG was severely criticized for changing the rules at the last minute and allowing a third-party "whistleblower" hearsay complaint.

Senate investigation

Senate investigators concluded,

The records acquired by the Committees show that Hunter Biden and his family were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe. Hunter Biden and Archer, in particular, formed significant and consistent financial relationships with the corrupt oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky during their time working for Burisma and their firms made millions of dollars from that association while Joe Biden was vice president and the public face of the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy. Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, received $3.5 million in a wire transfer from Elena Baturina, who allegedly received illegal construction contracts from her husband, the former mayor of Moscow. Moreover, Archer’s apparent receipt of money for a car from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan while Vice President Biden was in Kyiv is especially concerning in light of the timing. And finally, Biden and Archer’s work with Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime illustrate the deep financial connections that accelerated while his father was vice president and continued after he left office.

Biden and Archer found willing partners in Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime. Their work in China began at least in 2009, with the creation of Rosemont Seneca Partners with Heinz, Secretary of State John Kerry’s stepson. Then, several years later, Biden and Archer formed BHR with Bohai Capital and received their business license approval in China shortly after Biden visited China with his father, Vice President Biden.

Hunter Biden’s connections and financial associations appear to have accelerated significantly after he associated himself with Ye Jianming, who had deep connections with the Communist regime and PLA. However, that didn’t seem to have any impact on Hunter Biden, who made millions from the relationship. Indeed, Hunter Biden and his family, to include James and Sara Biden, associated with other Chinese nationals such as Gongwen Dong. In one case, the three of them went on a $100,000 global spending spree after Gongwen Dong and Hunter Biden opened a joint account. In addition, Hunter Biden received millions of dollars over a period of years from Gongwen Dong’s companies. According to records acquired by the Committees, many of these transactions involved potential criminal financial activity.[189]

No record of Hunter Biden filing as a lobbyist or agent of a foreign power under the FARA Act exists.[190]

Anti-civil liberties

Biden responds to a voter asking about Biden's vow to confiscate guns: "You're full of sh**."

Biden has a long record of being at war with civil rights and civil liberties.

Anti-2nd Amendment

Immediately after Deep State coup 2.0 was announced to thwart the will of voters and subvert American democracy, Biden rolled out his gun seizure plan.[191] In accepting Beto O'Rourke's support as part of the Texas deal that excluded Sanders, Biden vowed to put Beto in charge of the gun seizure program.[192]

Trump-Russia illegal domestic spying

Warren Flood was Vice President Biden's information technology (IT) director at the White House.

According to the metadata, on June 15, 2016, three days after Julian Assange announced WikiLeaks was about to publish “emails related to Hillary Clinton,” the first Guccifer 2.0 document was created by Warren Flood on the East coast at 13:38 EDT, and was modified thirty minutes later by Феликс Эдмундович, or Felix Edmunovich, the Russian patronymic of Felix Edmunovich Dzerzhinsky,[193] founder of the KGB - a blatantly amateurish attempt to create Russian fingerprints.

A document that Warren Flood authored in 2008, and was attached to one of John Podesta's leaked emails, was used by Guccifer 2.0 as a template into which he then copied the contents of the DNC's Trump Opposition Research document. It was copied from this file: https://www.wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/fileid/26562/7365 which is also attached to this leaked email. It is Flood's document that the "CONFIDENTIAL" text in the background derives from.

Guccifer 2.0 was a 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign false flag operation set up to discredit the DNC revelations at Wikileaks. Adam Carter writes,
"one particular group would have been particularly desperate precisely at that time, for the emergence of a narrative about Russian hackers to discredit proper leaks / justify claims that all leaks are 'probably doctored' and they will have very likely known [Warren] Flood too. That group is the Clinton Campaign.
As of June 12th, [2016] they were in a position where Julian Assange had just announced WikiLeaks' upcoming release of Hillary's emails, she was still under FBI investigation, and Trump was attacking Hillary for her use of a private server with his supporters frequently chanting "lock her up!" at rallies.
The campaign was in a desperate position and really needed something similar to a Russian hacker narrative and one where they would be fortunate to have a seemingly clumsy hacker that leaves lots of 'fingerprints' tainting files and bringing the reputation of leaks into question... Sure enough, 2-3 days later, Guccifer2.0 - the world's weirdest hacker - was spawned and started telling lies in an effort to attribute himself to the malware discoveries, etc."[194]
National Security Advisor Susan Rice sent an email to herself about a secret Oval Office meeting where the Clinton-Steele dossier was discussed.[195][196][197] The email was written and sent to herself 15 minutes after Donald Trump was sworn in on January 20, 2017:[198]
"On January 5, following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election, President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Jim Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office. Vice President Biden[199] and I were also present.

President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities "by the book". The President stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book.
From a national security perspective, however, President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia.

Director Comey affirmed that he is proceeding "by the book" as it relates to law enforcement. From a national security perspective, Comey said he does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian Ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information. President Obama asked if Comey was saying that the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Comey replied, "potentially." He added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that "the level of communication is unusual."[200]

The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would."[201]
Biden and Flood with their wives.[202]

The following day DNI James Clapper released a public version of the Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian election interference, a joint John Brennan, Clapper and Comey document consisting of recycled reports on RT with two pages of sexual innuendo from the Clinton opposition research Steele dossier.[203] NSA Dir. Adm. Mike Rogers dissented from the conclusions and did not attend the days' prior Oval Office meeting.[204][205]

The Washington Post was assured by Comey, Brennan and Clapper that "the sources involved in the [Clinton-Steele dossier's] reporting were credible enough to warrant inclusion in the highly classified [presidential] report.”[206] Brennan however, in public Congressional testimony months later, said the dossier and its sources were not credible enough to incorporate in the joint Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian election interference. Brennan swore the Clinton-Steele dossier did not “in any way” factor into the CIA's assessment that Russia interfered in the election to help Trump.

Clapper leaked the substance of the Clinton-Steele dossier to Jake Tapper of CNN before Comey briefed President-elect Trump, providing the "news hook" in Comey's words, that CNN was looking for to publicize the dossier's unverified contents after Trump was briefed. This was the beginning of the bogus pee-memo rumor designed to smear President-elect Trump, with Obama, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Biden, Rice and Sally Yates colluding together. And the purpose was to hoax the FISA court into granting an extension of surveillance beyond Trump's swearing in. It is also a prime example of "circular journalism" and fake news collusion between mainstream media and Democrat operatives.[207]

Biden claims that if he had been president rather than Barack Obama in 2015 and 2016, the Russians would not have interfered in the 2016 election.[208]

2002 RAVE Act

In 2002 Biden introduced the RAVE Act, or the Reducing Americans Vulnerability to Ecstasy Act. He argued that ecstasy abuse among teenagers was skyrocketing and that it was time to pass legislation he had long planned. Biden said, "I've been fighting to get these club drugs changed in schedule for years. DEA was my opposition."

The RAVE Act not only increased penalties for drug crimes, it went after anyone who owned the property where people did drugs. Biden said, "That's the scum who should be put in jail. Not just the guy selling the pills. Arrest the promoter. Find a rationale unrelated to drugs. You don't have to get him for drugs. Turn off the water. I put you in jail. I put you in jail."

The law expanded authority's power to classify venues as crack houses, a provision that federal prosecutors are now using to stop cities from opening overdose prevention sites. Biden said, "I'm the guy who authored the crack house legislation. We can use the crack house legislation to tear down these buildings. You can literally bulldoze down their business. Great big bulldozer. Bull-doze it down. Literally, not figuratively."

Biden also lamented not being able to force press outlets to stick to the government's messaging about drugs. Biden said, "Hold our media accountable is something we all desire. But there's a thing called the First Amendment which is read in a way that I think is a little excessive."[209]

Obamagate scandal

President Obama authorized illegal domestic spying on political opponents, the misuse of the FBI, and set in motion the coup against President Trump during an Oval Office meeting on January 5, 2017 in the presence of Vice President Joe Biden, according to an email memorandum recorded by National Security Advisor Susan Rice .

  • 4 January 2017. Wednesday. Washington FBI field office recommends closing the FBI investigation of General Flynn due to “no derogatory information.”[210]
  • Peter Strzok immediately responds to the FBI team [main headquarters] saying: “don’t do it yet’.
  • Rod Rosenstein was aware of there was no basis for investigating Gen. Flynn;
  • Mueller team knew there was no derogatory information against Gen. Flynn from its outset in May 2017.
  • The Hill: FBI never examined hacked DNC servers itself: report.[211]
  • Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) report completed, written by John Brennan and Strzok, both classified and public versions. Some earlier reports refer to it as the Joint Assessment Report or JAR. Congressional investigators later found portions of Brennan's ICA "did not employ proper analytic tradecraft" and "deviated from established CIA practice."[212] Brennan attached two pages of sexual innuendo from the Clinton-Steele dossier to the assessment.[213]
  • 5 January 2017. Thursday Morning. FBI Director James Comey testified to the Senate Intelligence Committee that the DNC refused multiple requests to examine their servers after allegations of hacking.[214] As of August 2018, the FBI still never examined the servers to see if any hacking indeed took place. DNC continues to deny FBI ever made any requests.[215] Trump tweets, "The Democratic National Committee would not allow the FBI to study or see its computer info after it was supposedly hacked by Russia.”[216] Trump sends follow-up tweet, "So how and why are they so sure about hacking if they never even requested an examination of the computer servers? What is going on?”[217] Comey additionally lied to Congress in a classified setting about the true origins of the Steele dossier.[218]
  • Afternoon. Oval Office meeting to frame the President-elect. Obama, Biden, Rice, Yates, James Clapper, Brennan and Comey in attendance. Susan Rice sent an email to herself about a secret Oval Office meeting where the Clinton-Steele dossier is discussed;[219][220][221] (the email was written and sent to herself 15 minutes after Trump was sworn in on Jan. 20):[222]
"On January 5, following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election, President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Jim Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office. Vice President Biden and I were also present.

Comey replied, "potentially." He added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that "the level of communication is unusual."[223]

The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would."[224]

At the conclusion of the briefing, Obama asks Sally Yates and James Comey to remain. Together with Susan Rice, this is where the “by the book” comment comes into play. The 90-day surveillance period under the FISA warrant would have had just a bit over two weeks left to run — it was set to expire just as Trump was to take office. (Reporting suggests that there may also have been a FISA warrant on Paul Manafort around this time.) The Obama administration was therefore confronting a deadline if the FISA warrant was to be renewed while Obama was still in power. The officials in the meeting would need to figure out how the investigation could continue despite the fact that its central focus, Trump, was about to be sworn in as president. Rice’s “by the book” bunkum is transparent: Obama officials claimed to adhere to a book that forbade consultations between political leaders and investigators. But here they were consulting. So Rice tried to cover the tracks in her email: She revises history such that the consultation morphs into a mere friendly reminder that Obama wanted everything done by the book.[225] Former Obama White House Counsel and now attorney for Susan Rice, Kathryn Ruemmler, later states [February 23] the meeting discussed "particularly Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn" who was cleared by the FBI as a national security risk the day before.

Biden's health

After being cloistered in his basement for months, Biden finally returned to the campaign trail to deliver what was billed as a "big speech".[226]

Joe Biden is in the early stages of dementia and is on medication for it, sources with knowledge of the matter have reported. A former Biden staffer posted on 4plebs,

"This is the big one, and the one I have the least direct experience with, but it’s been an open secret for some time. Anyone who has had a relative with Alzheimer’s or dementia can tell you, there are good days and bad days. On the good days, when Joe is at his most lucid, his campaign manager Jen will send him out for photo ops or TV interviews… make hay while the sun is shining, you know? On the bad days, Jen just tells the press pool “No Joe today,” and they’re all like, “Okay, cool!” Most of the time, he’s just a little foggy and gets really agitated. But one of my co-workers told me that back in May, there was a day where he thought he was running against Gary Hart in the ’84 primary again. Joe went under wraps for several days after that.

He’s been more lucid recently because his physician, Dr. O’Connor, put him on Namenda. Jen apparently was worried about someone finding it out, because she insisted that he prescribe it under a series of phony names, and then have the interns pick it up. I bet there are a lot of pharmacists in Philly wondering why there are so many young people on Namenda.

The dementia medication has had, um… unfortunate side effects.

There’s no dancing around this… the medication has made Joe incontinent. Though his “good days” have increased dramatically, he can barely get through a press event without running to the bathroom. That’s why he didn’t take questions after announcing Harris as his running mate. They weren’t afraid of the questions, the press loves him… they were afraid he was going to piss his pants on-camera. Lately, Jen’s been having closed-door meetings to discuss which brand of incontinence pads would be best to purchase. Seriously, a group of paid staffers sat around and discussed which brands were the least visible, the least likely to leak, and wouldn’t audibly “crinkle.”

That’s around the time I left the campaign. I can’t be a party to this sick game anymore. I never really liked Joe Biden, but he deserves better than to be thrust into the public eye when he should be in memory care. His wife should put a stop to this, but she’s way too excited about being “First Lady” to care about her ailing husband."[227]

Howie Carr of the Boston Herald chronicled a number of instances that are consistent with serious dementia.[228] For instance:

  • …soon he began reading — or trying to read — some statistics. Numbers are not Dementia Joe’s forte, to put it mildly.
  • This day, he kept repeating the word “military.” But the actual virus numbers were for Michigan, the state he was in, in addition to his perpetual state of confusion.
  • Perhaps his handlers wrote “MI,” assuming that even someone as simple as Joe Biden could put two and two together. If so, they were misinformed.
  • “U.S. COVID-infected military uh excuse me U.S. COVID-infected in America, six thousand 344,700 U.S. COVID deaths one thousand 189,506. Military COVID-infected 118,984. Military COVID deaths 6114.”
  • Actually, Mr. Vice President, the military’s death toll is exactly seven. The fatalities in Michigan, where you were babbling, is actually closer to that six-thousand figure.
  • Way off, but this is a guy who’s earlier pegged the number of deaths in the panic as 120 million (at the time it was 120,000).
  • He has also claimed that 150,000,000 Americans have been killed by firearms since 2007, but let’s move on to his proposals for tax rates.
  • “If you change the tax rate it went from 38 percent to 21. If you just send it back to 20 uh — 38%, um, if you — 36% to 28, that’s what we started trying to do.”

Brain aneurysms

Many have expressed concern if Biden is up to the rigors of campaigning, let alone the duties of office.

Biden is reported to have suffered two brain aneurysms, the first a near death experience in 1988 for which he underwent brain surgery.

Joe Biden is turning 77 in November 2019. He will be nearly 78 years old on Election Day 2020. Biden hasn't disclosed his medical history since 2008, when physicians found he had an irregular heartbeat.[229] Biden has long been plagued by health issues.[229][230] and appears to be medicated. See also: Biden's age and Joe Biden's eye filling with blood during a town hall.

Nate Silver of FiveThirtyEight wrote about Biden's age:

A lot of rank-and-file voters do have concerns about Biden’s age. An NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll in February found that 62 percent of voters had reservations about voting for someone aged 75 or older. Other polls have also shown advanced age to be a concern among Democrats, Republicans and independents alike.[231]

Biden says he met with survivors of the Stoneman Douglas Parkland shooing while he was vice president; the Stoneman Douglas shooting occurred more than one year after Biden left office.[232] Whatever the concerns, Biden would likely be a one-term president.

Vice Presidential selection

On the day The Washington Post recommended progressive rising star Andrew Gillum as Biden's Vice Presidential choice "if Democrats want to win",[233] Gillum was found by Miami emergency responders to a methamphetamine overdose nude in a hotel room with two other nude men.[234] Under the precedent established by Democrats in the Monica Lewinsky scandal while Biden served in the Senate, "what a person does in their private life is nobody's business". However, Gillum is African American, so the Democrats' own precedent standard may not apply.

Primaries

With the Impeachment sham over, Biden's usefulness was over, too. Biden's poor finish in the Iowa caucus demonstrated to many that he never was a viable candidate, and that support for his campaign was not very deep.

The Democrats rigged Iowa caucus fiasco to Stop Bernie landed Biden in fourth place. Many days after the charade, Biden press spokesperson Symone Sanders, speaking on behalf of the campaign, refused to officially acknowledge if the DNC's posted results were legitimate.[235] Biden himself became increasingly testy over questions concerning his durability as a candidate. At a campaign event in Hampton, New Hampshire on February 9, when asked by a female college student if he could turn his campaign around after Iowa, Biden snapped and called her "a lying dog-faced pony soldier."[236] This came days after Biden belittled another woman asking about his policy on coal. Such incidents only increased doubts about Biden's mental fitness to be President.

Iowa caucuses

Biden ran fourth, as expected.

New Hampshire primary

Biden ran fifth in a field of ten, slightly worse than expected.

Nevada caucuses

Biden ran second with 17% to Sanders, who failed to achieve a majority; the other 49% was spread among 5 remaining candidates.

Super Tuesday - March 3, 2020

See also: Bernie Derangement Syndrome and Joe Biden's cognitive decline

Biden's campaign donations dried up as corruption allegations were revealed in the Ukrainegate scandal during the Democrats' impeachment sham, and he didn't spend anytime or money in any Super Tuesday state. In reaction to Bernie's sweep of early primaries, the DNC establishment's Stop Bernie movement went into full swing.[237] 1344 delegates were up for grabs on Super Tuesday with an unknown number to win as Superdelegates had yet to decide if intervention was necessary to Stop Bernie and thwart the will of the people.[238] Former DNC chair Donna Brazile scolded RNC chair Ronna McDaniel to "stay the hell out" for publicly commenting on DNC internal delegate vote rigging processes and speaking "Russian talking points". Steyer was out on Friday, Buttigieg cut a deal on Sunday, and both Klobuchar and Beto backed Biden on Monday. In accepting Buttigieg's endorsement, Biden who at the time was under investigation in the Ukrainegate scandal,[239] told a throng of adoring Democrats that Buttigieg reminded him of his son.[240] Biden's son, Hunter Biden, was accused of money laundering millions of dollars from the Ukrainian firm Burisma for the Biden family and asked an Arkansas court to delay disclosing how much money he made from Burisma and Chinese sources in a paternity suit until after Super Tuesday.[241] The court denied the request.[242]

On election eve MSNBC reported that former President Obama confirmed 'the signal has been sent in the past 36 hours' to engage the Stop Bernie movement.[243] Biden encouraged voters to get out for 'Super Thursday.'[244]

With the 100% of the popular vote counted at 12:00 PM EST Wednesday, Democrats had not yet published final allocation of 444 delegates from California and Texas.[245] Partial results posted by the DNC indicated Biden had 453 delegates, Sanders 382, Warren 50, and Gabbard 1. Bloomberg quit, accounting for 46 Zombie delegates, Buttigieg 26, and Klobuchar 7. With the insiders work done, the likelihood of moving the goalposts to allow Superdelegates to vote in the first round was reduced. Meanwhile, Biden and the liberal media took a victory lap.

Far left animal rights/cow flatulence activists Sarah Segal and Ashley Froud disrupted Biden's victory speech,[246][247] Bernie trashed Biden on the Iraq War and his support for NAFTA trade deals which destroyed middle class America and manufacturing jobs. Warren ran 3rd in her home state of Massachusetts. In 10 debate appearances since June 2019, Elizabeth Warren was never asked once by the fake news media complex about her false claims of Native American heritage.[248]

Texas primary

Joe Biden supports the Green New Deal, the war on hamburgers, cow farts, and American jobs.

Five days after the voting, Dallas County Elections Administrator discovered her office did not count about 10% of the total ballots that voters cast in Texas' Super Tuesday primary.[249] She discovered 44 thumb drives containing ballots that were not included in the final results. Biden was alleged to have been the winner.

Biden nonetheless was declared the winner, and without Texas Sanders' hopes evaporated. The scandal, of course, garnered no national media coverage.

In September 2020, two separate affidavits filed at the Texas Supreme Court formally accused Joe Biden’s political director in Texas of helping to run an illegal ballot-harvesting operation. Journalist Patrick Howley of National File reported that “two private investigators, including a former FBI agent and former police officer,” testified under oath that they had video evidence, documentation and witnesses to prove that Dallas Jones and his associates were hoarding mail-in and absentee ballots and ordering operatives to fill the ballots out for people illegally, including for “dead people, homeless people, and nursing home residents”, in the 2020 presidential election. The affidavits are part of a class-action lawsuit filed by citizens against Harris County and the state of Texas.[250]

Michigan and the blue collar working class vote

By the Michigan primary, "the most diverse field in history" came down to two geriatric white males who became millionaires by holding public office. Biden, an advocate for outsourcing U.S. jobs via corrupt trade deals, faced an uphill contest with Sanders who has strong labor union ties with auto workers who have suffered badly under NAFTA. Despite his support for the far Left agenda, such as the Green New Deal and prisoners getting to decide if they want to go to a men or women's prison, Biden and the fake news media tried to pose the contest as between moderates and socialists.

On Sunday, two days before voting, Dallas County Elections Administrator discovered her office did not count about 10% of the total ballots that voters cast in Texas' Super Tuesday primary.[251] She discovered 44 thumb drives containing ballots that were not included in the final results. Biden was alleged to have been the winner. Without Texas, Sanders was virtually eliminated.

Noted Civil rights leader Jesse Jackson endorsed Bernie Sanders.[252] On primary day, Biden campaigned at a Michigan auto plant. An autoworker asked about Biden's promise to take guns away and put Beto O'Rourke in charge of confiscation. The discussion got heated, Biden crouched up close and wagged his finger in the face of a labor union member and traditional Democrat voter. The voter told Biden he didn't appreciated Biden sticking his finger in his face and Biden's bullying tactics. Biden told the voter, "you're full of s---",[253] and threatened, "you wanna take this outside?" Biden's handlers intervened and whisked Biden away.[254]

The contest in Michigan, which Sanders won in 2016, was said to be test of who commands the blue collar and working class vote, Biden or Sanders. Biden was greeted at the auto plant with cheers of “Trump! Trump! Trump!”'[255]

Lawyers for the mother of Hunter Biden’s 18 month old out-of-wedlock child filed a motion seeking to have the vice president’s son held in contempt of court as a deadbeat dad for covering up information about his 2017 and 2018 income from Ukraine, Burisma oil, the Chinese military, and Romanian[256] sources in his ongoing paternity and child support case.[257] More than $1 Billion dollars was paid by the Bank of China on behalf of the Chinese military for drone technology to a partnership owned by Hunter Biden, the family of convicted mafia kingpin Whitey Bulger, and the stepson of Secretary of State John Kerry which apparently was divided three ways.[258] Hunter Biden, who's new wife is pregnant, argued that coronavirus prevented him from co-operating with the court and would continue to do so until after the November 2020 general election. The judge rejected the arguement. As it became more clear Joe Biden would become the nominee, the woman apparently signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for an undisclosed amount of cash. Ironically just days earlier Joe Biden demanded on national television that Michael Bloomberg release women from NDAs and be forthcoming about how much cash Bloomberg paid to women who had been wronged and abused. Hunter Biden has a long and troubled history with drugs; after being thrown out of the Navy for narcotics, a few months later he was hired by Ukrainians when his father was put in charge of doling out $1 Billion dollars in U.S. taxpayer funds to the Ukrainian government and Ukrainian private businesses concerns. Hunter's first wife filed for divorce over an extra-marital affair with his grieving sister-in-law, the newly minted widow of Vice President Biden's other son, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden. Hunter's first wife alleged in divorce papers that Hunter spent all his money on dope and prostitutes.[259] Hunter himself related to a national television audience, aired on CBS 60 Minutes, of all night crack binges with the homeless in L.A. while he was paid $83,000 a month by Ukrainians for his last name being Biden and evidently doing nothing.

Once again, long lines appeared at certain select precincts where many frustrated voters gave up and returned home. Sanders accused the Democrat party of voter suppression.[260] As a committed idealist, which anyone who knows the man or followed his career since he entered politics in 1981, these events explain clearly why Sanders never joined the Democratic party - because the Democratic party is not democratic. Democratic party insiders and office holders do not hold to the fundamental belief in one man, one vote. This was true when the Democratic party's forebearers inserted the 3/5 rule into the U.S. Constitution; it was true in the decade-long court battles ending with the Dred Scott decision, and after the Civil War it was the basis for, first lynching white carpetbagging Republicans, then secondly turning on recently freed Blacks and imposing a century-long era of segregation and Jim Crow. Winning, and holding power at all costs are the core principles of Democratic party leadership since its founding, and those core beliefs have repeatedly compromised any notion of freedom, equality, or human rights to attain their objectives. Few contemporary, ordinary Democratic party voters understand these basic facts of the history of the Democratic party as well as Bernie Sanders does. By running from outside the party, Bernie Sanders attempted to reform it. Sanders is the living embodiment of the 38% of Democratic party voters, who identify as socially conscious liberals or progressives, whose valuers and beliefs may be high minded and noble, but are systematically mocked behind their backs as dupes and stooges by party insiders. In Sanders' case, Sanders has simply been honest with himself by not wearing the party label. Very few of his staff, supporters, or followers can make the same claim, or excuse.

Taxes

Like his predecessor Walter Mondale, Biden has vowed to raise taxes on the American people.[261]

Atlantic Council

See also: Military industrial complex

In 2011 Biden delivered the keynote address at the Atlantic Council’s distinguished leadership awards. He did so again in 2014 at its “Toward A Europe Whole and Free” conference,[262] which was dedicated to expanding NATO's influence and countering “Russian aggression.” Speakers like Zbigniew Brzezinski, a former U.S. national security adviser, sniped at Barack Obama for an insufficiently bellicose posture toward Russia, while former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright fretted over polls showing low public support for U.S. interventionism overseas. Biden emphasized the need to power Europe with non-Russian sources of natural gas. This provided a prime opportunity to Ukrainian suppliers like Burisma and U.S. energy titans. Many of these energy companies, from Chevron to Noble Energy, also happen to be top donors to the Atlantic Council.

After the Maidan Revolt, Foreign Policy magazine wrote, “No one in the U.S. government has wielded more influence over Ukraine than Vice President Joe Biden."[263] The Atlantic Council described Biden as “the point person on Ukraine in the Obama administration.”[264] “Ukraine was the top, or one of the top three, foreign policy issues we were concentrating on,” said Michael Carpenter, Biden's foreign policy adviser. “[Biden] was front and center.”[265]

Joe Biden and his controversies related to the military

Joe Biden has faced a couple of controversies related the military, including referring to members of the armed services as "stupid bastards."[266] Below is more information related to those controversies.

Marijuana

Biden authored legislation increasing mandatory minimum sentences for marijuana possession. Nearly 20 million people have been arrested and incarcerated for marijuana possession since Biden wrote the bill.[267] Mandatory minimums give the judge no discretion in handing out a sentence. Marijuana arrests outnumber arrests for violent crime.[268] President Trump has taken the lead in sentencing and prison reform.[269] Biden wrote the legislation which established the Office of National Drug Control Policy, also known as the "drug czar."

When a big money donor who favors decriminalization held a fundraiser for Biden in May 2019, Biden "evolved" his 30-plus year stance on marijuana mandatory minimum sentencing which has caused so much hardship and suffering to families, particularly minorities who have been Biden's targets.[270] Biden suddenly showed no concern about exposing children to a gateway drug.

Plagiarism, again

In giving lip service to climate change, Biden has been accused of plagiarizing content from climate activist websites for his own fundraising site. Biden's alleged climate policy appears to be cut and pasted from non-profit websites to solicit donations for his campaign.

Josh Nelson noted, "The paragraph in Joe Biden's climate plan about carbon capture and sequestration includes language that is remarkably similar to items published previously by the Blue Green Alliance and the Carbon Capture Coalition...Biden's goal is to make CCUS a widely available, cost-effective, and rapidly scalable solution to reduce carbon emissions to meet mid-century climate goals," reads the Biden website. The website for the Carbon Capture Coalition states, "[our] goal is to make carbon capture, use and storage (CCUS) a widely available, cost-effective, and rapidly scalable solution to reduce carbon emissions to meet mid-century climate goals."

Biden's website also claims that, "carbon capture, use, and storage (CCUS) is a rapidly growing technology that has the potential to create economic benefits for multiple industries while significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions." The language mirrors the language of a 2017 letter to the Senate from the Blue Green Alliance: "Carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) is a rapidly growing technology that has potential to create economic benefits for multiple industries while significantly reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions."[271][272]

CNN's John King didn't buy the staff flub excuse. "This is a leadership issue," King said.[273]

Fundraising

Biden accepted the maximum contribution allowed from former HBO chief executive officer Chris Albrecht. Albrecht resigned as chief executive officer at HBO ain 2007 after being arrested and charged with assaulting his girlfriend. In 1991 Time Warner Inc. paid a $400,000 settlement to a female worker allegedly assaulted by Albrecht while on the job. The victim reported directly to Albrecht at the time as senior vice president at HBO Independent Productions.

2009–2017: Vice presidency

Biden medicated.png

As he assumed office, Biden's responsibilities as vice president were not made clear. He had no specific portfolio of responsibilities. He alarmed the nation on April 30, 2009, by going on network television to warn Americans to stay out of confined spaces such as subways and airplanes, lest they catch Swine Flu. Health officials rejected his scare tactics and the White House immediately repudiated them.

Under President Obama the budget deficit reached over $1 trillion for the first time in history. When asked over the fate of the United States' going into bankruptcy, Biden stated at an AARP meeting, "Now, people when I say that look at me and say, "What are you talking about, Joe? You’re telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?’" Biden said. "The answer is yes, that's what I’m telling you."[274]

Biden eventually was placed in charge of promoting the Obama administration's Recovery Summer in 2010, an attempt to highlight the Democratic Congress's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, or "economic stimulus program. During Recovery Summer, the workforce shrank, unemployment swelled, and economic growth slowed to less than 2%. More Americans fell victim to Democrat economic policy and by the 2010 Midterm election sweep no less than 27,000,000 people were unemployed or underemployed.

Panic-mongering

One of Biden's first actions as Vice President was to set off a national panic over the Swine flu which the White House was forced to walk back. Biden warned Americans to stay out of confined spaces such as subways and airplanes.[275]

Seal Team 6

In killing Osama bin Laden, Obama transformed the War on Terror from a preventative war against terrorism to a war of vengeance and retribution to enhance Obama's re-election prospects.

The families of Navy Seal Team 6 blame Vice President Biden for revealing the identity of the Navy Seal Team that killed Osama bin Laden.[276] Seal Team 6 is a covert action force, and all its members are sworn to secrecy to never reveal the actions they participate in. The government likewise is bound to protect their identities against reprisals. In boasting of the killing, Biden named Seal Team 6 by name as the unit that found bin Laden.

On August 6, 2011, the Taliban ambushed a Chinook helicopter carrying 30 U.S. service members — including 15 SEAL Team 6 members — in Afghanistan.[277] Everyone on board was killed.[278] In a show of multiculturalism, the Obama administration insisted a Muslim cleric be present when the bodies were recovered.[279]

Families of the slain SEAL members held a news conference at the National Press Club demanding an investigation into why their sons had been identified, despite specific assurances by the Obama administration their identities would be protected.[280] To add insult, the families complained about the Muslim cleric that the Obama administration required to preside in a ceremony over their remains, damned their souls to hell as infidels in an Islamic prayer proclaiming victory.[281]

Past campaigns

After 45 years on the public role as a civil servant, Biden, his brother Frank, and his son Hunter amassed personal fortunes of tens of millions of dollars.

Liberal Biden, notorious for his long-winded speeches and his foot-in-mouth moments, as illustrated by his declaration that "we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt."[274] A favorite of the liberal media, Biden avoids the mockery that greeted a less gaffe-prone predecessor, Dan Quayle.

He ran for President in 1988 but dropped out of the race after admitting he had plagiarized a speech by the leader of the British Labour Party.[282]

Biden considered running as a Presidential candidate for the 2004 elections, but then decided against it, saying that it would be "now too much of a long shot.".[283] He was later mentioned as a possible running mate for Democratic Senator John Kerry, but he instead urged Kerry to chose Senator John McCain.[284]

He won few votes when running for president in 2008; he dropped out after placing fifth in Iowa in January, 2008. Biden became Barack Obama's vice-presidential running mate. His campaign stressed his Irish Catholic roots in appeals to working class Democrats, who had deserted Obama in the primaries but returned in the fall.

1988 Presidential campaign

Joe Biden announced his candidacy for President in 1987. He ran on his experience, saying in an campaign advertisement "The White House isn't the place to learn how to deal with international crisis, the balance of power, war and peace, and the economic future of the next generation." [285] His campaign was short-lived due to controversies. While campaigning in New Hampshire in 1987, a civilian asked about his grades in college, to which Biden yelled, "I think I have a much higher I.Q. than you do." He went on to say that he "went to law school on a full academic scholarship - the only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship" adding that he "ended up in the top half" of his class (Biden graduated 76th in a class of 85) and "graduated with three degrees from college."

Biden explained his comments "I did not graduate in the top half of my class at law school and my recollection of this was inaccurate...I graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in history and political science. My reference to degrees at the Claremont event was intended to refer to these majors - I said 'three' and should have said 'two'." [286]

Later in the campaign he was found to have plagiarized a speech from British Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock. The plagiarism was considered all the more serious, because it included details of Kinnock's life which were not true in Biden's case. Biden dropped out of the race in December 1987, and did not participate in the 1988 Democratic caucuses and primaries.

2008 Presidential campaign

Main article: 2008 Presidential election

Biden declared his candidacy for President on January 31, 2007 but withdrew in January 2008 after coming 5th in the Iowa Caucus, receiving only 1% of the vote.[287] He ran on his foreign policy experience and credentials in the Senate. Biden voted for the Operation Iraqi Freedom - the War in Iraq. On November 15, 2007, during the CNN presidential debate, he said

This is not about experience. It's not about change. It's about action. Who among us is going to be able to, on Day 1, step in and end the war?.

In a presidential debate, when asked, “Would you call for tariffs to protect American consumers from unsafe products from China? Are you willing to go there?” Biden answered, “I’m not. No, I’m not willing to go there."[288]

During an ABC Democratic presidential debate, Biden was asked about the statement he made regarding Barack Obama. Biden said:

I think he can be ready but right now, I don’t believe he is. The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training. I think that I stand by the statement.[289]

Biden told a crowd his homestate

Delaware was a slave state that fought beside the North. That's only because we couldn't figure out how to get to the South. There were a couple of states in the way.[290]

2008 Vice presidential campaign

Biden campaigning for Barack Obama, 09/24/08
Biden had been mentioned as a Vice Presidential candidate for Senator Barack Obama, in that he would add foreign policy experience to the ticket. When asked in June over the speculation, Biden stated, "I'd make a great president. I'd make a great Secretary of State. I'd make a great vice president." [291] On August 19, Biden was asked by reporters of his VP status, to which he replied "Hey guys, I'm not the guy. See ya." [292] It was Joe Biden's son, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who issued an arrest warrant on fabricated charges to attempt to discredit Larry Sinclair's National Press Club news conference where he alleged a gay affair with Obama and claimed he was using cocaine at the time.[293] Biden was nominated by Obama choice for vice president a week later.[294]

In August 2005 Biden paradoxically and nonsensically said, "John McCain is a personal friend, a great friend, and I would be honored to run with or against John McCain, because I think the country would be better off."[295]

However, on August 23 it was announced that Biden would be Obama's 2008 running mate. They appeared together in Springfield, Illinois. Obama proudly introduced Senator Biden,

"Let me introduce to you, the next president — the next vice president of the United States of America, Joe Biden."

Biden took the stage and endorsed Obama, saying,

"In this election year the choice is clear, one man stands ready to deliver change we desperately need, a man I'm proud to call my friend, a man who will be the next President of the United States, Barack America."

Obama hoped Biden would help the ticket in multiple ways:

  • Biden has extensive foreign policy experience in the United States Senate and as such could have helped to bolster Obama's comparative lack of experience in this area.
  • Biden is Catholic, and Obama was weak with that key voting bloc; however, the Catholic Church may have taken offense at Biden's pro-abortion positions (see below).
  • Biden was born in Pennsylvania, a must-win state for Obama where he was thought to be weak;[296]
  • Biden's son is going to Iraq, which may have helped to rehabilitate Obama's image as anti-military; however, Biden himself never served.

Almost immediately after his selection, the conflict between his pro-abortion position and that of his church surfaced:[297]

Biden has said: "I am a long-standing supporter of Roe v. Wade and a woman's right to choose." But Biden's own bishop, Bishop Michael Saltarelli of Wilmington, Del., has ... denounced the notion that politicians can 'personally oppose' abortion, but refuse to pass laws protecting the unborn. He made clear that pro-abortion Catholic politicians should refrain from receiving the Eucharist:
"The promotion of abortion by any Catholic is a grave and serious matter. Objectively, according to the constant teaching of the Scriptures and the Church, it would be more spiritually beneficial for such a person to refrain from receiving the Body and Blood of Christ. I ask Catholics in this position to have the integrity to respect the Eucharist, Catholic teaching and the Catholic faithful."

In September of the campaign Biden asked Missouri State Senator Chuck Graham, who has paralysis, to "Stand up, Chuck, let 'em see you. Oh, God love you. What am I talking about? I tell you what, you're making everybody else stand up, though, pal. I tell you what, stand up for Chuck." [298]

Biden's Republican opponent for the Vice Presidency was Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. They participated in their first and only Vice Presidential debate on October 2 in St. Louis, Missouri. Biden was elected the 47th Vice President of the United States on November 4, 2008.

2012 Vice presidential campaign

Biden got a pass from fellow liberals in the media despite acting like a rude clown during his vice presidential debate with Paul Ryan in October 2012. Biden repeatedly interrupted Ryan and engaged in other offensive behavior, and even complained about not getting more time despite talking more than Ryan did. At one point Biden even nonsensically interjected, "so now you're Jack Kennedy?" in interrupting a valid point being made by Ryan.

1973–2009: U.S. Senate

Biden on Meet The Press, 09/09/07

The Council for a Livable World (CLW), a communist front organization founded in 1962 by long-time Soviet agent Leo Szilard, is a non-profit advocacy organization that seeks to "reduce the danger of nuclear weapons and increase national security", primarily through supporting progressive, congressional candidates who support their policies. The Council supported Joe Biden in 1972 in his successful Senate run as candidate for Delaware.[299][300][301]

Biden unseated the liberal Republican Senator Cale Boggs in the 1972 elections. In 1973, he hence became the fifth-youngest U.S. senator in U.S. history. He was later reelected six times.

Biden, as a senator from Delaware from 1973–2009, served on the Senate Judiciary Committee and subsequently the Committee on Foreign Relations, alternating as the chair or ranking member on both committees. Biden in 2007 was ranked as the third most liberal Senator by the non-partisan National Journal.[302]

Biden has close ties with lobbyists, receiving $5,133,072 in contributions from lawyers and lobbyists since 2003.[303] Biden requested 116 congressional earmarks in 2008 alone, resulting in $342 million in taxpayer money.[304]

During a late-night marathon debate over President George W. Bush's tax cut bill, 98-year-old Sen. Strom Thurmond began ailing. Biden told the New York Daily News "I saw Strom sitting in his seat, he looked awful. I said, 'Strom, you should go home'. He's an old buddy."[305]

Biden was for the Iraq War before he was against it.

On June 6, 2012, the Council for a Livable World, along with its sister organizations Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation and Council for a Livable World's PeacePAC, celebrated the 50th Anniversary of their founding. An evening celebration was held at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. Congressman Barney Frank acted as the Master of Ceremonies and, in the process, received a lifetime achievement award from former Rep. Tom Downey, a member of the Council's Board of Directors. The Robert F. Drinan Peace and Human Award was presented to former Representative and PeacePAC Chairman David Bonior and the late Edith Wilkie, a longtime advocate and leader for peace and justice. Videos were shown in which Vice President Joe Biden and Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren celebrated the organization's 50 years although they were not able to attend in person.[306]

Abortion

On the abortion issue, Biden is pro-abortion and opposed President George W. Bush's two nominees to the U.S. Supreme court. On Roe v. Wade he said, "I strongly support Roe v. Wade....That’s why I led the fight to defeat [Robert] Bork. Thank God he is not in the Court or Roe v. Wade would be gone by now."[307] He received a 100% rating from NARAL Pro-Choice America in 2001, 2004, 2005 and 2006,[308] but not in other years because of his opposition to partial-birth abortion and public funding for abortions.[309]

2nd Amendment

He is a strong opponent of 2nd-amendment rights, earning an F by the National Rifle Association. Biden has also voted to give Social Security benefits and citizenship to illegal aliens. On energy, he opposes increased domestic oil production, saying proponents of offshore drilling want to "rape" the Outer Continental Shelf.[310]

Judiciary committee

Biden was a long-time member of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, which he chaired from 1987 until 1995 and served as ranking minority member from 1981 until 1987 and again from 1995 until 1997. Biden read the "N" word into the Congressional Record during an open hearing in 1986.[311] He almost never supported a supreme court nominee who was not in his party and presided over two of the more contentious U.S. Supreme Court confirmation hearings ever, Robert Bork in 1987 and the racially motivated hearings for Clarence Thomas[312] in 1991.

Sen. Arlen Specter, who jumped to the Democrats in 2009, wrote in his memoirs that Biden admitted to him that Biden believed Anita Hill was lying.

Biden crime bill

The Biden Crime Bill of 1994, also known as the Superpredator Act, came in response to the Central Park jogger case and trial of the Central Park Five. On its twentieth anniversary the Brennan Center observed,
It expanded the death penalty, creating 60 new death penalty offenses under 41 federal capital statutes. It eliminated education funding for incarcerated students, effectively gutting prison education programs. Despite a wealth of research showing education increases post-release employment, reduces recidivism, and improves outcomes for the formerly incarcerated and their families, this change has not been reversed. And the bill created a wave of change toward harsher state sentencing policy. That change was driven by funding incentives: the bill’s $9.7 billion in federal funding for prison construction went only to states that adopted truth-in-sentencing (TIS) laws, which lead to defendants serving far longer prison terms. Within 5 years, 29 states had TIS laws on the books, 24 more than when the bill was signed. New York State received over $216 million by passing such laws. By 2000 the state had added over 12,000 prison beds and incarcerated 28 percent more people than a decade before.

War on sovereignty

Main article: War on sovereignty

In 1992, Joe Biden penned a piece for the Wall Street Journal entitled, "How I Learned to Love the New World Order," in which he extolled "collective security" through the United Nations and called for a “permanent commitment of forces for use by the Security Council.”

On July 14, 1993, a little over a year after writing the Journal op-ed cited above, Senator Biden introduced Senate Joint Resolution 112 urging the new president, Bill Clinton, to initiate discussions to establish a standing United Nations army. Under his proposal, United States bases and facilities would be made available to train UN forces, and the president would not “be deemed to require the authorization of Congress” to make American troops, facilities, or other assistance “available to the Security Council on its call.”

He also called for the creation of a “new world order” at the Export-Import Bank conference in Washington on April 5, 2013. “The affirmative task we have now is to actually create a new world order,” he exclaimed.

Foreign policy

As chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Biden voted against aid to the government of South Vietnam leading to its collapse in 1975.

He called the rise of the Ayatollah Khomeini in the Iranian Revolution in 1979 a step forward for human rights.

Biden opposed Ronald Reagan's development of the Missile Defense System and ending the doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction.

He voted against the Persian Gulf War in 1991.

Biden voted for the Iraq War in 2002. In a 2005 interview with Meet the Press, Biden advocated a troop surge saying, "I’ve been calling for more troops [in Iraq] for over two years, along with John McCain and others subsequent to my saying that." On July 23, 2007, Biden said, "there's not a single military man in this audience, who will tell this Senator he can get those troops out in six months if the order goes today, let's start telling the truth."[313] He advocated Iraqi federalism based on national and religious differences for Kurds, Shiites and Sunnis.

Biden's vote for the Iraq War is expected to hurt him in the 2020 Presidential Election, as Donald Trump opposed that war and used this issue effectively in 2016 against Hillary Clinton among millennial voters and regions which have suffered more from military casualties.[314]

Early life

Biden was born at Scranton State General Hospital in Scranton, Pennsylvania[315] and grew up in New Castle County, Delaware,[316] in a middle-class family. His father was a white-collar businessman who did well but had fallen on hard times when Biden was a youth.[317] Biden attended Archmere Academy, a private Catholic college-preparatory high school in the Wilmington, Delaware area, graduating in 1961.[316] Biden took a summer job as a life guard where faced down the notorious Corn Pop of the mean streets of Wilmington to help his family pay for his schooling.[318][319] Biden received 5 Vietnam war draft deferments. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1965, and from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1968 where he was a member of Non Compos Mentis and graduated near the bottom of his class[316] After finishing law school Biden worked in the Wilmington, Del. public defenders office where he claims to have represented a member of the Black Panthers;[320] no evidence has ever been produced to support Biden's claim he ever represented a member of the Black Panthers.

Biden is a serial plagiarizer.[321] He was accused of, and ultimately admitted to plagiarism while a student at Syracuse Law School.[322] He submitted a paper in which he plagiarized from a law review article. After receiving a grade of F, he was permitted to retake the course.[323]

In 1966, while still in law school, Biden married Neilia Hunter.[315] They had three children together: Joseph R. "Beau" Dien, III, Robert Hunter, and Naomi. Shortly after his election to the Senate in 1972, his wife and infant daughter were killed in a car accident, and his two sons were seriously injured.[315] He eventually remarried to Dr. Jill Biden (née Jacobs), an educator in Delaware's schools.[316] She currently is an instructor[324] teaching at Delaware Technical Community College. Together, the couple added a daughter, Ashley Biden, to the family.[316]

Biden was elected to the U.S Senate from Delaware in 1972. Delaware was a slave state. It did not join the Confederacy partially because President Abraham Lincoln suborned the Maryland state legislature and would not permit it to leave the union. Delaware, separated from the south by Maryland, could not secede on its own. Delaware voters in fact rejected Lincoln's plan to compensate for emancipation of its slaves, paid for by the federal government. Delawares Democrat and racist traditions were still very strong when Biden was elected.,[325]

Since 1991, Biden has been an adjunct professor at the Widener University School of Law, where he teaches a seminar on constitutional law.[316]

Biden's son, Hunter Biden, was thrown out of the US Navy for cocaine use. Hunter Biden has been a Washington lobbyist since 2001.[326]

Politico in an article entited How Grief Became Joe Biden’s ‘Superpower’ indicates:

There is no person in American politics today whose life has been so shaped by loss and grief. The long arc of Biden’s career is all but bracketed by tragedy. In 1972, his wife and baby daughter were killed in a car accident; in 2015, one of his two sons who had survived the crash died of a rare strain of brain cancer. These wretched tentpoles are not only tragedies the 76-year-old Biden has had to endure. They influenced major decisions he made about his political career—first, his priorities in the Senate; later, his decision to opt out of the presidential election of 2016. And they defined him as a person as well, according to longtime friends, former aides and veteran politicos in his home state of Delaware.[327]

The Washington Post states concerning Biden: "In a candid 2012 speech to military families and friends who had lost a loved one in action, Biden spoke about the anger, crisis of faith and wounds that don't really ever heal."[328]

The Associated Press indicates concerning Biden:

After the accident, Biden had no interest in the Senate anymore. No ambition for anything, really. His world view shrank to taking care of his boys.

“For the first time in my life, I understood how someone could consciously decide to commit suicide,” he would later reveal.

Biden didn’t just have to deal with grief. He had the added burden of processing it in public. [329]

Embarrassing or silly remarks

Biden had a hair transplant, where hairs were removed from his buttocks and placed on his head.[330]
For a more detailed treatment, see Biden gaffes.
  • Biden earned the nickname Butthead Biden in 1989 when he began having hair follicle transplants from his buttocks to his scalp to relieve pressure on his vanity.
  • In attempting to quote the Declaration of Independence before Super Tuesday, Biden misquoted, "all men and women created by" and then stumbled saying, "go, you know, you know the thing."[331][332]
  • When Representative Gabrielle Giffords returned to Congress after a long hiatus (which was the result of her being shot in the head), Biden (who had a brain surgery in the past) remarked to her that "Now we're both members of the Cracked Head Club".[333]
  • When he met Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen, Biden said "God rest her soul" in reference to Cowen's mother. However, it was Cowen's father that died, not his mother.[334]

Hostile comments

  • At one 2005 political event he said, "The next Republican that tells me I'm not religious, I'm going to shove my rosary down their throat." [335]
  • In March 2007, Biden was criticizing President George W. Bush for vetoing a bill that would set a timeline for troops to be removed from Iraq, saying that Congress should "shove it down his throat."[336]
  • In February 2019, Biden criticized U.S. President Donald Trump in Germany, breaking a longstanding tradition of not criticizing the current commander-in-chief in foreign countries.[337]

Quotations about guns

  • During a February 2013 interview, Biden said that if there was a “problem” that his wife should “walk out on the balcony here, walk out, put that double-barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house.” [338] Doing so is of course, illegal, and would leave his wife holding an empty shotgun while dealing with the “problem”.
  • In another February 2013 interview, Biden said "[if] you want to keep someone away from your house, just fire the shotgun through the door." Coincidently, a man from Virginia Beach had done just that a few days before, and was arrested.[339]

Remarks about race or ethnicity

  • In July 2006, while speaking to a group of Indian-Americans in Delaware, Biden stated, "You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I'm not joking." His comment was caught on C-SPAN.[340]
  • In August 2006, Biden was on Fox News Sunday and bragged about his state being a former slave state. "You don't know my state. My state was a slave state. My state is a border state. My state is the eighth largest black population in the country. My state is anything from a northeast liberal state." [341]
  • Talking about his fellow Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama he said in January 2007, "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy, ... I mean, that's a storybook, man." [342]
  • Thanks To Japan's Xenophobia, Women Are Encouraged To Stay In The Workforce.[343]

Erroneous comments

  • Joe Biden once told voters that his helicopter was "forced down" on "the superhighway of terror" by Afghan extremists. When actually, snow forced the helicopter pilot to land and wait out a storm.[344]
  • In the Oct. 2008 VP debate, Biden made numerous misstatements, on topics ranging from the Constitution to the Mideast.[345]
  • He said he was second in line to be President when he was first and Nancy Pelosi was second at the time.[346]
  • During the 2008 presidential campaign, Biden said that "When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'look, here's what happened.'"[347] In actuality television wasn't in use for another twenty years and the president during the 1929 stock market crash was Herbert Hoover, not Franklin Roosevelt.
  • In another erroneous remark made during the presidential campaign, Biden referred to Sarah Palin as lieutenant Governor of Alaska, when in fact she the state's Governor at the time.[348]
  • Biden made yet another deceptive claim during the 2008 presidential campaign in which he asserted that "This guy is brain-dead," referring to then-President George W. Bush .[349] This absurd claim was completely unfounded and demonstrably false.

Undecipherable

  • "Cause if you could take care, if you were a quartermaster, you can sure in hell take care runnin' a, you know, a department store uh, thing, you know, where, in the second floor of the ladies department or whatever, you know what I mean?"[350]
  • During the 2008 presidential elections Joe Biden gave a speech in Springfield, Illinois in which he introduced the Democratic nominee for president as "Barack America".[351]
  • Biden remarked about the 2010 Midterm “I was amazed at the amount of money, this $200 billion of money that is — where there’s no accountability.” Clearly he meant $200 million says the New York Times.[352] Though just a moment later. “So it really — I’ve never seen this before, so the only caveat I’d put in terms of the House is how much impact this $200 billion are going to mean.”
  • During the 2005 confirmation hearings for Justice John Roberts, Biden asked Roberts, "Can a microscopic tag be planted in someones body to track his every move, you will rule on that." [353]
  • In 2008 Biden told a wheelchair bound State Senator from Missouri to "stand up".[298]
  • He said "Its easy being Vice President." Then a lawmaker said "It's like being the grandpa and not the parent," to which he responded "Yeah, that's it!"[354]
  • After ObamaCare was signed into law, Biden was caught swearing on camera while expressing his joy.[355]
  • Biden was caught swearing again while speaking to a former Senate colleague.[356]
