The Justicialista Party is an Argentine political party founded by General Juan Peron in 1946. Its ideals are the defense of social justice, the rights of workers and the Third Position (anti-capitalist and anti-Marxist).

Members of the party held the presidency nine times: Juan Domingo Perón, with three terms; Carlos Saúl Menem, with two mandates; Néstor Kirchner with one mandate and Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, with two terms. These people were also presidents, but for short periods: María Estela Martínez de Perón (for the death of Perón in 1974), Adolfo Rodríguez Saá (interim for the resignation of Fernando de la Rúa in 2001) and Eduardo Duhalde (by election of the Congress after the resignation of Adolfo Rodríguez Saá in 2002).

Members of the party were overthrown twice: in 1955, to remove the tyrant of Juan Perón, and in 1976 by an anti-Communist coup. Additionally, it was banned from 1955 to 1973 by the Armed Forces.

It is the Argentine party with the largest number of members, with 3,533,407 members. Its followers are known as "Peronists."
