Bulgarian soccer fans show their support for Kyle Rittenhouse.

Kyle Rittenhouse is an Antioch, Illinois, teenage patriot and supporter of law enforcement who worked as a lifeguard in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Rittenhouse, who was trained in lifesaving and basic first aid procedures, was present during the 2020 Leftist uprising in Kenosha and had rendered first aid to injured protesters.[1]

Humanize the Badge

Rittenhouse urged friends on Facebook in December 2018 to donate to the charity Humanizing the Badge for his 16th birthday, the Washington Post reported.[2] Using Facebook’s fundraiser feature, the teen wrote that the group seeks to “forge stronger relationships between law enforcement officers and the communities they serve.”

During the 2020 Marxist uprising Rittenhouse was employed as a community lifeguard in Kenosha, Wisconsin. After finishing his work on August 25, 2020, he wanted to help clean up some of the damage caused by leftwing rioters the previous evening. Rittenhouse and a friend went to the local public high school to remove graffiti by rioters. Later in the day, they received information about a call for help from a local business owner, whose downtown Kenosha auto dealership was largely destroyed by mob violence. The business owner needed help to protect what he had left of his life’s work, including two nearby mechanic’s shops. Kyle and a friend were given rifles due to the deadly violence gripping Kenosha (and many other American cities) and headed to the business premises. The weapons were in Wisconsin and never crossed state lines.[3] Wisconsin's open carry law has an exemption for 16 and 17 year olds.[4]

When Rittenhouse arrived at the mechanics shop, he and others stood guard to prevent further destruction. Journalist Mark Dice presented a short video on his Twitter account of Rittenhouse that night offering services as an EMT and beginning to aid a woman with a minor wound. Later that night, long after the 8 p.m. curfew had passed, the police began to disperse a group of rioters. While dispersing the mob, police maneuvered a mass of individuals down the street towards the auto shops. Rittenhouse and the others were threatened and taunted, but he did not react. Rittenhouse's lawyer John M. Pierce explains “His intent was not to incite violence, but simply to deter property damage and use his training to provide first aid to injured community members.” At 11:44 p.m., police reported three or four people trying to light vehicles on fire at a car lot on 63rd Street and Sheridan Road.[5]

As Kyle proceeded towards the second mechanic’s shop, he had obtained a fire extinguisher and ran along a driving area of a property bordering the nearby police-patrolled thoroughfare to pass it to someone else who was putting out auto fires started by the rioters. This conspicuous effort to quell the effects of the violence attracted the notice of rioters among the mass jealous of being upstaged by his participation in the (though largely-unwatched) prestigious type of act.[6]

Soon he was accosted by multiple rioters who recognized that he had been attempting to protect a business the mob wanted to destroy. This outraged the rioters and created a mob now determined to hurt Kyle. They began chasing him down. A YouTube video shows the closest pursuer, attacker Joseph Rosenbaum, tossed an object at Kyle as he ran.[7] Kyle attempted to get away, but he could not do so quickly enough. Upon hearing the sound of a gunshot behind him,[8] Kyle turned and was immediately faced with Rosenbaum lunging towards him and grabbed his rifle. He reacted instantaneously and justifiably with his weapon to protect himself, firing and striking him.[9] Rittenhouse stopped to render aid for his attacker.

Faced with a growing mob, Kyle fled for his safety and his survival. Another attacker struck Kyle from behind as he fled. Kyle turned as the mob pressed in on him, and he fell to the ground with people shouting "get him!"[10] One attacker kicked Kyle in the head while he was on the ground. Another bashed him over the head with a skateboard. In fear for his life and concerned the crowd would either continue to shoot at him or use his own weapon against him, Kyle fired at his immediate attackers, striking two, including one armed with a Glock.

People's Revolutionary Movement member Gaige Grosskreutz still holding a Glock after sustaining a serious injury. The communist is also a felon illegally in possession of a firearm.[11]

Rittenhouse got up and continued down the street in the direction of police with his hands in the air. He attempted to contact multiple police officers, but they told him to keep moving. He fully cooperated and turned himself in to the police in his hometown, Antioch, Illinois later that evening.

According to Robert Barnes of Barnes Law, if an assailant grabs the gun of a person holding a gun, that makes the assailant no longer unarmed and can be interpreted as a lethal threat. Both assailants shot dead grabbed for Rittenhouse's weapon.

The mob

The common thread among the three BLM terrorists shot by Rittenhouse, all with extensive criminal backgrounds,[12] is their anti-police sentiment for participating in leftist riots rather than any anti-racist motivations.

Joseph ‘JoJo’ Rosenbaum was id’d as the first fatality. Rosenbaum was a racist registered sex offender for a sex crime involving a minor under the age of twelve.[13][14][15] Rosenbaum spent 12.5 years in the Arizona penal system,[16] compiling an extensive record while in prison. According to the terms of his probation, even approaching a minor like Rittenhouse without a designated legal supervisor was grounds for its revocation.[17]

The second punk, Anthony Huber (who ineffectually wielded a skateboard as a weapon against Rittenhouse), also had a lengthy criminal record.[18] In 2012, Huber pleaded guilty to two felony domestic abuse charges: strangulation and suffocation, and false imprisonment, use of a dangerous weapon.[19]

People's Revolution Movement member and career criminal Gaige Paul Grosskreutz,[20] had part of his arm blown off. He has a criminal record that includes being intoxicated & armed with a firearm.[21] At the time of the shooting Grosskreutz was a felon in possession of a handgun. His mask had a pentagram from the church of Satan.[22] Social media posts by a friend of Grosskreutz named Jacob Marshall[23] said that Grosskreutz’s “only regret was not killing the kid and hesitating to pull the gun before emptying the entire mag into him,” contradicting mainstream fake news media reports of "peaceful protests."[24]

Self-defense

Joshua Ziminski, the man who fired the first shots from behind Rittenhouse during the fatal incident was charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon for firing his weapon during the incident on August 25, 2020 Casandra Fairbanks of the Gateway Pundit reported.[25] According to the charging document, Kenosha detectives obtained videos in which Ziminski

“was holding a black handgun, which he was holding in his left hand, pointing downward. Detective Howard reports that in reviewing multiple other videos, he was able to see the defendant and [his wife] Kelly Ziminski, in and around multiple other people on the streets, and the defendant was seen holding the handgun down at his side in said videos.

In another video, the defendant and Kelly are seen walking near a fire in the area of the Ultimate Gas Station lot. In later video, the defendant’s right arm is seen on the video, which is taken near 63rd Street and Sheridan Road, in the City and County of Kenosha, State of Wisconsin. Detective Howard reports the defendant’s arm pointing the gun upward towards the sky. Detective Howard observed a muzzle flash emit from the handgun, and heard a gunshot at the same time. In another video, the defendant is clearly seen at that same location. The defendant is seen walking in the same area, holding his right arm upwards, and firing off one shot from his handgun. The defendant and his wife are then seen leaving the area. Several other people are in the nearby vicinity when the defendant fires the handgun.”

The police went on to report that when speaking to Ziminski, and his wife who was present at the time, both admitted that he had fired off a “warning shot” into the air. This strengthened the case that Rittenhouse had reason to fear for his life and was acting in self defense.

A New York Times timeline of events of the shooting states,

Rittenhouse assaulted by "peaceful" BLM terrorists.
“while Mr. Rittenhouse is being pursued by the group, an unknown gunman fires into the air, though it’s unclear why. The weapon’s muzzle flash appears in footage filmed at the scene.

Mr. Rittenhouse turns toward the sound of gunfire as another pursuer lunges toward him from the same direction. Mr. Rittenhouse then fires four times, and appears to shoot the man in the head."

In a previous statement from Rittenhouse’s defense team, they explained that he was acting in self defense.

“Kyle stopped to ensure care for the wounded attacker but faced a growing mob gesturing towards him. He realized he needed to flee for his safety and his survival. Another attacker struck Kyle from behind as he fled down the street. Kyle turned as the mob pressed in on him and he fell to the ground,” his legal team says. “One attacker kicked Kyle on the ground while he was on the ground. Yet another bashed him over the head with a skateboard. Several rioters tried to disarm Kyle. In fear for his life and concerned the crowd would either continue to shoot at him or even use his own weapon against him, Kyle had no choice but to fire multiple rounds towards his immediate attackers, striking two, including one armed attacker. The rest of the mob began to disperse upon hearing the additional gunshots.”

Rush to judgement

Rittenhouse is represented by some of the best legal minds in the country at Pierce Bainbridge, with help from Nicholas Sandmann’s lawyer Lin Wood.

The legal team says that “in a reactionary rush to appease the divisive, destructive forces currently roiling this country, prosecutors in Kenosha did not engage in any meaningful analysis of the facts, or any in-depth review of available video footage (some of which shows that a critical state’s witness was not even at the area where the shots were fired); this was not a serious investigation. Rather, after learning Kyle may have had conservative political viewpoints, they immediately saw him as a convenient target who they could use as a scapegoat to distract from the Jacob Blake shooting and the government’s abject failure to ensure basic law and order to citizens. Within 24-36 hours, he was charged with multiple homicide counts.”

The legal fees and other costs of Kyle’s defense will be provided through donations to #FightBack Foundation Inc., a Texas 501(c)(4) foundation created by John Pierce and Lin Wood to protect law-abiding American citizens whose rights are being trampled on by state and local governments that are more concerned with appeasing mobs than protecting those rights.[26] Pierce said,

“A 17-year old child should not have to take up arms in America to protect life and property. That is the job of state and local governments. However, those governments have failed, and law-abiding citizens have no choice but to protect their own communities as their forefathers did at Lexington and Concord in 1775. Kyle is not a racist or a white supremacist. He is a brave, patriotic, compassionate law-abiding American who loves his country and his community. He did nothing wrong. He defended himself, which is a fundamental right of all Americans given by God and protected by law. He is now in the crosshairs of institutional forces that are much more powerful than him. But he will stand up to them and fight not only for himself, but for all Americans and their beloved Constitution. We will never leave his side until he is victorious in that fight.”

Twitter

Gateway Pundit reporter Cassandra Fairbanks’ Twitter account was suspended for tweeting “Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong.” Twitter claims that this statement is “glorifying violence.” Fairbanks told Breitbart News:

“The fact that you can no longer defend someone on social media who has not been convicted of any crime should shock and terrify everyone. They want to control all narratives… and we are letting them get away with it. KYLE RITTENHOUSE DID NOTHING WRONG.”

John Pierce, attorney for Rittenhouse, condemned Twitter:

“A journalist just got banned from Twitter for simply posting ‘Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong. Twitter and other Big Tech companies are now engaged in brazen and outright censorship of political speech. “They can no longer pretend to be neutral ‘internet computer service’ providers protected from defamation claims by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. They have now stepped in the arena and are publishers. Myself and Lin Wood intend to hold Twitter fully liable to Nicholas Sandmann, Kyle Rittenhouse, and every other person whose life it has tried to destroy simply because it disagrees with their political viewpoints.”[27]

On the same day that Twitter suspended Fairbanks, Twitter was flooded with users glorifying the murder of a Patriot Prayer peaceful protester in Portland, Oregon.[28]

Polls

Richard Spencer officially Riden' with Biden. Spencer organized the 2015 Neo-Nazi Charlottesville March and is one of the "fine people" Biden claims Trump praised.[29]

Marquette Law School in Wisconsin conducted a poll just days prior to the Kenosha riots. In June 2020 the same poll saw strong support for the BLM protests, with a 61%-34% approval over disapproval rate. By August just before the Kenosha riots that support fell to parity at 48%-48%.[30] Those results turned heads at DNC and Biden headquarters. Just as Democrats and the mainstream fake news media they learned of this loss of support as a result of leftist riots, the Kenosha riot broke out at nearly the same moment. At the RNC convention the Marxist elite witnessed Republican messaging that called for support of police and the call to bring law and order back to the cities. Biden, Democrats, the liberal media went into panic mode.

All of a sudden the permissiveness and encouragement to rioters was taken down. CNN and Don Lemon called for a change in tactics. The cheerleaders suddenly began waving for the crowds to disperse, and pleading with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden to adopt the very opposite language that has been labeled as "racist" all summer long. For months anyone calling to curtail violence, destruction, attacks on police, and the threats to communities were deemed intolerant. Only now, when it looked like a bad prospect for the Democrats, did the sophisticates in the mainstream media consider rioting to be condemnable. When it was politically expedient the burning of cities and violence visited on citizens was an acceptable result.[31]

Biden attacks

Joe Biden kicked off his presidential campaign with an easily debunked lie.[32] Ironically, the organizer of the 2020 Charlottesville protests is an ardent Biden backer.[33]

Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden ran a heavily edited campaign ad after the first presidential debate that showing a montage of clips and photos from the Biden supporting Richard Spencer rally held in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017. An image of Rittenhouse holding a rifle while on the ground in Kenosha as also included. The ad capitalized on a wholly dishonest assessment by Biden and his allies in the media that President Trump refused to condemn white supremacy.

Lin Wood, the attorney representing Rittenhouse took to social media to announce a lawsuit was filed.

“In addition to suing Facebook for being falsely accused of being mass murderer, Kyle Rittenhouse has defamation claim against Joe Biden for falsely accusing him of being white supremacist & militia member responsible for violence in Kenosha.”[34]

In the Biden ad, an exchange with Fox News moderator Chris Wallace is featured asking President Trump.

“Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia group and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we’ve seen in Portland.”

Even though the president said on two occasions that he would, when he did not say precisely what Wallace asked him to say, the corrupt liberal media ran with the false narrative that he “refused” to condemn the hate groups.

Lin Wood also represented Nick Sandmann of the Covington Catholic kids, the Kentucky high school students maligned by the media after an incident in Washington, D.C., with a native American activist. Sandmann sued CNN for $275 million, and the network recently settled the libel suit for an undisclosed amount.

International reaction

It wasn't long before Kyle Rittenhouse came to the attention of the global anti-communist movement. Soccer fans in Bulgaria expressed thier admiration of Rittenhouse by posing with a huge banner in support of him.[35] Bulgaria had suffered under Marxist-Leninist enslavement - with no right to bear arms - between 1945 and 1992.
