Mercy Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, non-religious 238-bed, full-service community hospital that serves Monroe, Michigan.[1] It is responsible for providing medical care to a population of about 140,000 people.

Mercy Memorial Hospital lost a precedent-setting case before the Michigan Supreme Court concerning sham peer review in Feyz v. Mercy Mem'l Hosp., 475 Mich. 663 (2006).
